Everything was on point. Andria checked us in, she is a very upbeat young lady an asset to the team great personality and welcoming. the lady doing breakfast should have asked her name she is a bright start to the day beautiful smile and very helpful without asking. The breakfast was great she looks too take a lot of pride in her job. Thank you all it was probably the #1 stay we have had. We normally stay in Hendersonville at the Hampton but you won our business for the future Andria was the key to winning our businesses.

We loved EVERYTHING!!! The coffee bar, the breakfast each morning, the pool, the specialty bar where you could buy snacks....and the rooms were especially nice! I loved the sliding doors in the rooms and the beds and bedding were sooo comfy we slept like a dream. We didn't want to leave there!!

There was not one thing we didn't like about our stay. I do not think Hampton Inn could improve in any area that I could see.

It appeared to be quite new and in excellent condition. The bed was wonderful and the location was across from shopping centers with great dining options. Breakfast was great and staff were very helpful.

Everything about this hotel and my stay was great. I ended up staying an extra night because of work and it was really easy to add another night and stay in my current room.

My bed was a little more on the firm side and the noise from the highway was pretty loud when I tried to sleep.

Location is perfect! Easy access to and from interstate.

Breakfast was good. However, should be extended by an hour - at least on the weekends. There was a "mad dash" near end of breakfast. There were several other guests frustrated as well.

If you turned on the water at the sink in the bath room water went all over the sink and floor. I called the front desk and complain. I was told someone would come up and repair it or I could tighten it back down myself. The Shower curtain was dirty it had old soap stains on it that looked as if some had taking a shower and their form soap was was dried on the shower curtain. I was now a guest and a maintenance worker! Then was was over charged for items I did not have on my bill. What did I like the Bed was nice after I clean them both and breakfast.

The Maintenance worker I was asked to be and the over charge for service items on the room that I did not have, I booked my room after conferring my location. I was told she would not give me a receipt for the room at the time of check out because I of how the room was booked.

The room was the perfect size for our family. There were good channels for our little kids. The breakfast was a great selection!

The bathtub faucet wasn't working properly, which made the shower have less pressure.

the pool room was too cool and the water was to cold to swim in. we got down to the breakfast room at 9:00 and they quickly closed the doors right in front of us. we had to talk to the people behind the desk before they would open it up for us to eat. then as soon as we filled our plates they closed it up again. obviously they don’t care a bit about customer service!

One desk staff person was unprofessional when dealing with 3rd party. Regardless of who was in error, there are ways of speaking to person who Paid for bill. If do not know the protocol, say it in a tactful professional manner.

We were very late checking in and someone was there to help us out. The breakfast was fantastic and the coffee was running all day!

I have nothing to dislike about this hotel.
