Close to music valley - 5/10min walk away. (good bars/restaurants) also walkable to the Opry and shopping mall..Took me about 20mins to walk. Staff very friendly. shuttle to downtown $10 return and goes every hour drops you at Country Music Hall of Fame and picks up there every hour also. Good choice of breakfast lots of hot and cold choices. Have already booked for next trip.

Rooms are a bit dated but still comfortable and room wasn't properly cleaned when i arrived but after that the daily clean was good. could do with a bit more lighting room was a bit dark only has lamps.l and a light at the door.

Along with several others, our car was broken into. Person working front desk gave us info on place they use. We were the first to call. Ended up being outside of Nashville, brought wrong size window. Took care of other people before going after the right size window. We were told window was on its way while he was helping others. Left after that to actually go and get right window. Apparently only had one person working with him. Did not get out of there until 3:00 - this started at 8:30. Girl at desk should have given us local information for glass replacement. We stay here several times a year - never had any trouble before.

Loved the breakfast each day

We had the front desk call for us a ride downtown for CMA fest like it showed on the flyer $15 down and back and the van will pick us up at 6:30pm. The van came at 6:30 we got on and the guy charged us $25. I showed the driver the flyer and he said that he didn't honor it. When we got back to the hotel and I talked to the front desk about it, he said you must have been on music city. I guess he poached the business. We were not told which van to get on. Clarification would be good to let people know.

The room was very clean. The dining room staff member (I think her name was Delia) for our first 3 days was amazing and very accommodating! The location was quite good with many restaurants and tourist attractions.

We found the room was dark during the day (small window). Most hotels have larger windows which provide ++ brightness during the day. The breakfast was good for the first couple of days 2 days but after that, more options should have been given like an omelet, french toast, boiled eggs, home fries. Also more fresh fruit could have been provided like blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, canteloupe, melon. Someone was tampering with the door inside of our room from the adjacent room during the second night of our stay. We had to ask them to stop. That was the first and only time this occurred. It was a bit disconcerting!

Check in and out was super easy - staff were very nice. Room was clean and it was quiet so I was able to rest well. Breakfast was tasty and was a good start to my day.

The housekeeper was a bit rude with my personal belongings in the bathroom. I had things set out for my convenience and they pushed everything to each side so they could clean the sink - it was a little shocking and upsetting that my personal belongings weren't respected more. I had a king size bed, I enjoyed the space and there was a plush mattress topper, but the mattress itself was very worn out - there were deep body impressions on both sides of bed. That mattress needs to be replaced badly.

Location was great. Beds were comfortable.

Not enough parking in the front. Arrived an hour before check-in and no room ready at that time. Said to come back at 3pm. Came back at 2:45 and was told check-in is at 3pm, room not ready. But as soon as I sat down in the lobby to wait, another person came in and was able to check in. Then another person came in, so the clerk called me over to check in. It was 3pm by then. I'm not sure why he made me wait, but it made me feel like my business was not valued. Also, you need a snack machine. Paying $1.75 for a single serving bag of chips you have at the front desk is a rip-off! Other than the 1st impression with the clerk, our stay was good.

Great location close to Opryland. Clean and quiet even though it was right off of the highway. It was a 10 minute drive to Broadway area. The room was well cleaned, the bathroom was large and the beds were comfortable. Night desk clerk didn’t have much of a personality but was not rude. The breakfast was really good and the lady who worked breakfast was so friendly and kept the breakfast area well stocked. This was a very pleasant stay and if ever back in Nashville I would most definitely stay here again.

Great location for us, Quiet at night but close enough to walk to Music City Bar & Grill and The Nashville Palace etc. Breakfast was excellent and Tea and Coffee available 24 hours a day was great. The staff were super friendly will definitley be using Best Western Suites near Opryland on our next visit.

Breakfast was great. Renee was exceptional. Mark, David, and Chassidy were all helpful. The cleaning crew were all good, also. Everyone was friendly. Had a wonderful stay at the Best Western. It is close to the Opry. There is also good music nearby. We caught the shuttle to downtown Nashville for a very reasonable price. Did not have to drive in the traffic and construction work.

A taller toilet for old folks would be nice. Everything else was ok.

Breakfast hostesses very accommodating and Friendly.

The check-in clerk was condescending to me because I had used a booking app instead of the hotel website to book my room. Said, "You should have....". I'm an adult, and I have probably traveled more in my life than he has! I didn't appreciate this. Then he didn't program our room keys for our entire stay, and I had to go down to the desk after a long day out and get them fixed so we could get in. The desk clerk on duty said that this guy always does that and and he even found it irritating.
