I loved that my room was so spacious. It even had a fireplace which was a nice touch. The coffee machine in the lobby offered so many different kinds of coffee (lattes, cappuccinos, mocha, etc). It was in a quiet neighborhood outside of the city and about 5 minutes from Nashville airport. They also have a free shuttle which runs early in the morning until midnight (I believe). There is a Mexican Restaurant attached to the hotel which is great for a quick lunch, dinner, or drinks. Staff is super nice. Complimentary breakfast was great too.

Close to the places we wanted to go. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Loved the bedroom. Comfortable bed. The benefit of a laundry we can use is first class. Thank you. Your cleaning staff are so kind and friendly. Thank you for good people who care.

The windows cant open so the rooms become quite stuffy. If we left the airconditioner on when we were out the room also felt damp. If there were a way to help fresh air get into your rooms it wd improve the air quality in them.

close to music valley with good bars/restaurants 5 min walk. 20min walk to opry. shuttle to downtown $10 return cheaper than uber and goes every hour. nice staff. rooms modern and clean.

beds were too soft (for me anyway) i had a sore back after 1 night. I did not raise this so mayne they have rooms with firmer mattress maybe worth asking if soft beda are a problem for you. fridge quite noisy but i wore earplugs. ATM machine would be handy. i couldnt get shuttle one day as had no cash.

The room was spotless! The staff could not have been more friendly:) Helped me with a shuttle bus downtown to catch the fireworks. Breakfast was delicious 😋

This was not connected with the hotel, but the shuttle promised us a ride back but sold too many ticked and I ended up having to pay a pretty expensive Uber ride back to the hotel. But all in all a truly beautiful place:)

The beds were very comfortable, The room was large enough and the furniture was clean and modern. Breakfast was adequate to get the day started. Also, liked the independent daily shuttle service to Nashville.

The bathroom! A small sink in a narrow cubby with extremely small shelf area. Women need a place for their toiletries and hair products! Closet with commode and bathtub, you could barely get a person in and close the door! No mirror above the desk, but rather at the end of the bed with no place to set makeup, hair products, etc. If the bathroom has to be so gawd awful small, then at least give us a mirror above the desk!

It was very clean, the beds and pillows were comfy. The coffee maker, fridge, and breakfast were all convenient.

The front desk attendant wasn't in the lobby when we arrived, even though he called hours before to make sure I was still planning to come. By the time he returned to the desk to check me in, there were several others in line to do the same. Also, the remote and TV in my room didn't work consistently.

The location is perfect. Super close to a lot of great things around the city. The included breakfast was solid, nothing over the top amazing but certainly was good. The beds and room was overall comfortable and clean

The only nitpick I had was the door on the bathroom (In my particular room) didnt open or close very well, it kept getting stuck and would make a lot of noise trying to get in and out. And we had to get moved out of our original room due the air conditioning not working properly

The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The hotel was very quiet at night. Close to the Grand Ole Opery and the shuttle to downtown was only $10 a person return. and ran every hour. Only downfall was that the bathroom in our room was very small but did not affect our stay, but if you were a larger person, it might. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing wrong with property. Parking lot is a little cramped but doable. As stated in previous posts, bathrooms are small and have limited space. Having read that in reviews I prepared for no space. Went to Dollar Tree and bought over the door hangar. Also bought big garden s-hooks. Used them in the bathroom to hang towels, toiletry bags, etc.

Very nice place for just myself! I liked how when I arrived, they front desk was friendly and check in was easy. I got it all paid for, went to my room and when I walked in, it was very roomy for the price. It came with a nice chair, good A/C and a desk along with the king sized bed. The breakfast was pretty much normal for a hotel, though they had a nifty waffle maker! Definitely good for a night stay in Nashville.

The parking was a bit small, but that's about it. A few bumps in the road and the area seems a little bit shady, but all in all it wasn't that bad!
