They were very friendly and helpful and were able to get us in last minute due to the Wyndham overbooking us and canceling my prepaid reservation.

There is only one road in and out of the property which is not bad but it did rain heavily while we were there and the end of the road was flooded. The other two hotels next to them had the same problem.

The size of the double queen room was surprising. It was very comfortable for 5 people and really could accommodate up to 6 people. The breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, toast, cereal and juices. Great variety and all was hot.

This way a great stay. i dont really have anything negative to say. The only thing that I saw that lacked in anything was just the shuttle to the downtown area. It takes you downtown and back for $10 round trip. However, the shuttle didnt come when it was supposed to and we ended up waiting 1.5 hours and finally having to take an Uber. I'm sure there was a good reason especially with the traffic in that area. However, there is no way to track the shuttle so you are just at their mercy.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff, nice breakfast included (especially the omelet!), and the room was clean and comfortable. I liked that it was close to many restaurants, Oprymills, and attractions but away from all the traffic and noise.

I reserved 2 rooms several months in advance and asked that they be connecting or to be as close as possible, but they weren't even on the same floor. (I probably should have followed up on that before we checked in...) Rooms were very dimly lit, and you had to turn on/off each lamp by hand.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Having breakfast available in the hotel was convenient. Quick Uber trip to the Grand Ole Opry. Several bars and restaurants within walking distance.

This was our 5th trip to Nashville and have stayed at different hotels/locations each time. This hotel is very clean, easy access to the hwy, round trip shuttle service for $10 is exceptional, hot breakfast till 10am daily, and walking distance or very short driving distance to area attractions/bars/resturants.

No complaints.

Location to opry Mills and the grand Ole Opry

Heavy rain caused flooding at the entrance way. There was no alternate route into the property nor was there anyone working to clear it. We have a BMW 501e and was afraid of depth as we had never been there before

They have a shuttle that goes from the hotel to Broadway. Nice breakfast. Very clean. I'm glad they're updating. The beds need it.

The beds are hard, and every time your partner moves, so do you.

I should’ve paid attention to the pool. It is an outdoor pool and we stayed in spring. My daughter was a bit disappointed that she couldn’t swim. My mistake.

The rooms were big. It was easy parking, The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice.

It was far from downtown. The concessions were waaaay too expensive and the breakfast was unedible and gross.
