Avi was working the front desk when my daughter & I checked in. He was very kind and super helpful!! The elevator was down and he offered to carry our luggage up the stairs!! The breakfast was very good with plenty of options!! The rest of the staff was friendly and greeted us with smiles each time we saw them. The price of our very large room was also affordable for 2 nights.

I was a little surprised by the neighbors, but I don't believe that should be held against the hotel.

Enjoyed the breakfast. Very helpful staff even though some couldn't speak English. Clean inside the hotel. The beds were comfortable, plus they had a pull out couch in our room. The door to the room have good safety measures added to them. They had restaurants and a Walmart near by so you didn't have to go to far to get dinner or to shop for something you may have forgotten.

Prostitutes and strippers standing on the road near the hotel during all hours of the day. I don't think that is suitable for children. My children (ages 7 and1) didn't notice them but my husband and I surely did.There is a strip club near by though so I can see why they were out there.

We liked how clean it was. We liked the little extra touches on the linens, toilet paper, and tissues. We liked the large size of the room. We liked that soap, shampoo, and conditioner were offered. We liked that kids were allowed to stay at no extra charge and that we could have a crib for no extra charge. We liked that the price was reasonable. We liked that it was near the airport.

We were given 1 muffin each. We would have liked to have been offered a few items for breakfast even though we had to leave earlier than it was served since we had asked a few days in advance as well as at check-in if we could have something that morning.

Receptionist was amazing. Room service was great. Location was perfect right next to the freeway and a waffle house. Parking is cool but you must register your car. The room was extremely spacious, fresh and clean. I booked the 2 bedroom with sofa and all 3 beds were great. A/C didn't fail us at all we slept great.

I enjoyed the breakfast but they didn't have any cooked eggs, bacon or sausage. There were eggs in the fridge but I wasn't sure where to cook them. No cream for the coffee but the selection was great. The shower head was 3 out of 5 but the heat was amazing lol everything else was pretty cool.

My friend and I stayed here when our original lodging in Fort Worth fell through for the 2024 Texas Eclipse. The rooms were very nicely laid out with spacious beds, a couch with futons, a desk, and plenty of accessible power outlets! Plenty of space to set bags on, and store things as well as a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. While breakfast was served, and it was a nice selection with yoghurt, bagels, muffins, a waffle maker, and cereal, we tended to sleep in and just walked to the Waffle House right next door as it gave us more flexibility for late start days. That said on the morning that we left early, it was nice to have food on-site. Also, there were various snack items for sale in the front lobby if you wanted a little bite to eat and did not want to head out somewhere to get anything. If you are going to access the property without a car, DART Bachman station is 1.2 miles away, take the green or orange line here. If you are landing at Dallas Fort Worth, take the orange line to Bachman station, about a 30-minute ride according to Google. If you are landing at Love Field, catch the shuttle and ride two stops to Bachman. about a 35-minute trip according to Google. Not sure how walkable it is from Bachman to the hotel, so you may just want to catch a ride-share over! Also, the DART line is great if you want to access downtown and you do not want to mess with parking! If you need dinner, down the street is Papas BBQ which had great value for the money, as well as a bunch of other eateries at various price points too.

The only issues I had, that were minor, were the elevators were out of service when we arrived. Thankfully for my friend and I, this was NOT an issue, and they are slated to be back in service shortly. There is only one washer and one dryer located on the property, and it only accepts credit cards. The WiFi was a bit on the slow side, but just fine if you wanted to scroll the web, not so great if you needed to engage in high-bandwidth activities. I help run a YouTube channel for myself and a friend and try to back up our footage to the cloud when we are done filming, so our WiFi needs are not the same as a normal traveler! Overall, these were very minor issues thankfully, and had no adverse effect on our stay!

We enjoyed the pool we arrived before check in was ready and they allowed us to hang out in the pool while waiting. The waffles were super tasty and the amount of space in the room was phenomenal especially when sharing with kids! Also it was only a 12 minute drive from hotel to downtown Dallas great location. For the starbies lovers they have a Starbucks right next door!!

When we came down for breakfast everything was gone luckily they came and refilled the waffles but everything else we missed out on. that's miniscule and the only thing I didn't like.

Hookers and meth heads around outside asking for money. Was told by other travelers to lock cars very well and don't walk outside by yourself.

I have travelled from New Zealand and visiting my family in Dallas. I've received as upgrade to my room booking from King Suite to Executive Suite. The room is extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. This was my second visit to the place and I am pleased with the stay. Breakfast is good and the hotel staffs are extremely friendly and welcoming. Definitely will be staying here again in future and will recommend to friends and family.

I booked 3 nights at this property and I had the best experience while I'm traveling by the US with my family! First of all - service! They called me twice to ask what time I will come to prepare my room. As we are traveling with kids, we booked a non-smoking room, no pets, with a refrigerator and microwave (for me, it was important as I have a 1yo baby). We got this room. It was clean and big enough (2 queen beds, sofa, office table, chair, small bench, TV, closets, bathtub). Everything was very comfortable. When we arrived there was a man and woman who looks non-adequate, or maybe they were under something or drunk, they tried to take a room and the reception man don't allowed them to do this. I liked it because it means that they care who stays in the hotel. Second of all - best breakfast during all 3star hotels ever! There were waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, 2 types of bagels, muffins, pancakes, cream cheese, yogurts, apples, oranges, bananas, 3 types of cereal, oatmeal, hot cocoa, delicious coffee, 2 types of juices. Plenty of food! As we usually do not stay during the day in the hotel, just sleep at night, we were very happy with this experience. Thank you!

This was my second time stay at this hotel within a week and I am extremely happy with the hotel location and Staff (manager) - 'Vee Patel', who has upgraded me to Executive Suite Room 218. The room is huge with lounge area and a separate bedroom area and extremely quiet space. Room is clean and the hotel is safe and secured. Good breakfast.

I would advise the hotel for resuming airport transfer service again.
