The hotel was great! Our room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast spread was pretty good. There was a mini fridge in the room, and coffee/microwave available in the lobby/cafe area. I loved how close it was to the riverwalk.

The parking situation is trash. There isn't a parking lot for the hotel, but there is a lot under the highway next to the hotel. The lot is not fenced, not free, and you can't pay for however much time you'll be parked there, so you have to go back every day and pay for the day at the meter. I didn't use the valet based on the bad reviews I saw before my visit.

It was quiet, which we appreciated. It’s a very “industrial” vibe. Cold, unfinished concrete floors and walls/exposed pipes. The elevators are black inside and very hard to see as you walk in. The air conditioning unit was rattling when it cycled through. The room is very dark with only 2 small lamps. We felt like we were in a dungeon. Not our style. On the upside, it was clean and quiet and had a nice coffee bar. We did not use the restaurant but it was a nice amenity to offer. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I loved the New York style of the room. It was good size for me and my husband. Comfortable bed. The hotel had a nice fragrance. Very friendly staff.

The sink was a little odd, the water shot out if you weren't careful on how high you turned it on. To brush your teeth and spit out the water you had to be careful not to bump your forehead on the mirror. One other thing the cleaning ladies were a little loud in the morning, we wanted to sleep in as this was a relaxing getaway but that made it a bit hard.

The neighborhood was very convenient and peaceful. Easy to get in and out of to go places; lots of restaurants near by. No traffic, quiet, and clean. Pool area is nice and cozy.

Parking is kind of narrow and cramp. Not used to staying at a hotel with no kitchen. It was a pain in the butt to continuously walk to the lobby to warm up food. Ice machine on floor levels was either out of ice or broken so we had to go to the lobby to get ice

Loved the hotel decor. If you like the industrial loft vibe, this is for you!! The suite was amazing, very comfy bed. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was also great. Overall, it was a great place to stay and will be my go-to when in Dallas for vacation or work.

Two suggestions to improve: The AC unit, cause it's very loud and not the easiest to work. The shower and bathroom could use more shelves or places to put things.

The nylo has a very unique feeling and look to it. The design is a industrial design The beds are incredibly comfortable and the staff is friendly I book this hotel and I was at an event in Arlington but it was worth the extra 10 minutes to know that was staying in a place that had a great value and great comfort

The shower wasn’t clean when I got there I put a sticker on the shower floor in plain view to see it’d be clean while was out they did everything but clean it wasn’t a big deal as I always use shower shoes and bring cleaning wipes, but still 😬

I liked the aesthetics of the hotel. I thought the industrial vibe was cute our bathroom was nice as well. I think the choice of concrete everywhere helped with cleanliness so that's a plus.

I didn't like that I made a reservation 2 days in advance on booking.com, and the hotel never got it.I also didn't like that breakfast was said to be included in the price of my room. Yet when my fiance and I sat down and had breakfast, we received a bill. It's fine if we have to pay, we don't mind. We just would appreciate some honesty.

I loved the aesthetic of the rooms.

I didn’t like how dark the parking lot was it was half of the lights were out. I arrived late and brought it to the night front desk clerk attention. She was very much unbothered and said something to the effect of oh it’s always like that.

The location was good and rooms were spacious.

Front desk on multiple occasions were socializing and not friendly.
