The location was perfect for a girls weekend. The room was nice. It looked newly painted with new furniture and carpet. The size of our room was comfortable. The bed was hot so thankfully there was air conditioning and I would highly recommend this hotel. As far as the restaurant there isn’t much at all to choose from at the time of this review 7/25. My granddaughters were disappointed in the breakfast but there are so many great options for food nearby that that didn’t bother me.

Despite massive renovations which they were clear about from the get-go, it was clean and comfortable and had all the services we wanted, including great front desk staff. We were traveling with a dog for the first time and they are extremely welcoming. And bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed walking with the dog around the wetlands terrain also.

Far stretch to find something that was not perfect but the only thing I can think of is our refrigerator was loud and the elevator makes a lot of clanky noise. Those were so very minimal issues.

Breakfast included was impressive, beyond expectations and much appreciated. I needed quiet space and was allowed to use an available unused meeting room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had two vehicles parked on property and was only charged for one car per night.

I didn't check that I had to pay for parking. Not sure if I would have booked here if I had to pay for parking, but we liked the place enough to probably come back when we visit our daughter.

Rapid respond from the the staff. Needed towel and they come right away. It is quiet .

I found a pill on the chair. The coffee maker was not clean . There was an old coffee in the filter. Other wise everything is good. The parking lot is too tight . There was a guy on top of the parking lot smoking and drinking in the morning whenever we leave and at night whenever we arrive. He looks like homeless.

I liked the large rooms.- I used the kitchen. Staff at front desk was great. I think wiping down the cabinets in the bathroom would help. Thick layer of dust. Remote to tv was on the floor when I arrived. These are small issues overall. I felt safe and comfortable. Oh - was difficult to find the entrance. Had to do a U turn - no fix for that. Oh - room was quiet. I could barely here traffic, which was great

Room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was great, lots of quality options. The staff were all very personable and lovely. The bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed having a kitchenette, and the room felt cozy.

The stovetop in the kitchenette did not work well. One of the burners wasn't working and the only pot available in the cupboards that was big enough for pasta was way too big for the burner, so it took forever to heat the water to boiling. It took us 45 minutes to cook pasta that should have taken 10 minutes tops. That was a big bummer.

The location was great. The hotel was very close to downtown Bellevue and easy access to a major highway. The morning breakfast was great with some options, hot and cold meals. And you can make your own waffles.

The mattress on the sofa bad was mostly springs, and very little padding. Sleeping on the actual sofa was a better option.

Friendly and helpful staff, restaurant on site technically opened for dinner but accepted lunch orders (nice touch), they charge for parking but it's secured parking, nice pool and small gym facility. Breakfast buffet was nicely maintained. Right off 405 which is great, and there's a backway in from the nearest 520 exit (for when 405 is not great).

Anything IT related was a bit wonky - door keys were finicky, signing on to the internet was differently weird for all devices, phone didn't work. Everything but the phones got resolved but it was clear the staff was very familiar with these complaints.
