I loved the location as we were going to the casino. What was even better is the free shuttle to the casino. They picked us up at the hotel within 5 minutes of calling them and returned us at 11:30 pm when we called them (maybe a 10 minute wait)! Super convenient and we didn't have to hassle with parking (especially given it was packed for the holiday lights)

The breakfast sandwiches did not look or taste very fresh. The oatmeal and other breakfast items were much better. And love the length of time for breakfast (7 to 10).

The hotel was Incredibly clean. The gentleman at the front desk was so very kind and helpful. He gave us tips about how to get to the concert we were attending, changed our room assigned in order to make my disabled husband more comfortable and give better space for him to maneuver, and genuinely offered any assistance we might need. He went above and beyond exceptional service.

The driveway entrance is difficult and there is only one entrance/exit on a very busy road.

Lash and Camden at the front desk were very friendly. Also, the woman doing the kitchen food service was very helpful and kind. Property was very clean, as well as the gym and pool area. The breakfast was a nice selection of options and the overall value was great for what we paid. The bed was very comfortable in our room and the handheld shower head was a plus.

Train noise and footsteps from above were very loud, thin sound proofing.

The breakfast had a good amount of selections and options, and the lady running it was working hard keeping everything stocked up and clean. The bed was super comfortable! It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. The hotel is almost brand new, so everything is in good condition and looks nice. Close to the outlet mall, and right across the street from groceries and restaurants.

The coffee in the lobby was consistently on the watery side, and more warm than hot. That could be improved. As well, since it is a suite hotel with a kitchen, it would be really nice to have the option of a hot plate/burner to be able to cook a bit in the room.

Checking in was quick, and we were able to request a room next to my parents which was nice. The room itself was tidy when we came in. The elevators were nice and big. And the breakfast that they had was good but it would be nice if you guys had bacon or sausage. Other than that the location was great because there were fast food restaurants, gas station, and a winco near by.

The only thing we had trouble with was leaving the hotel parking lot. It was a little inconvenient having to make a u-turn every time we wanted to go to the tulalip casino/ outlet mall. Also, we there was only one toilet paper roll in the bathroom when we arrived. And one of the cups that were hanging above the sink looked as if it was already used and had coffee stains.

Nice clean room. Very quiet

We left before breakfast opened. My wife asked if she could take couple if bananas with us. The staff said no and breakfast didn’t start until 7. The bananas were sitting there in basket. We had to be on the road and couldnt wait. Very disappointing.

Spacious, clean and the shuttle bus that took you to the outlet mall or casinos and wonderful breakfast

The surrounding area was not walkable really— even though it was close to a lot of things. I would’ve like the breakfast time to last longer and later.

Good coffee, room was clean, new reno, kitchenette was excellent, couch was a bonus, well laid out. Curtain between bedroom area and sitting area had a curtain for privacy if you wanted it. Largest elevators I have ever seen in a hotel.

Water pressure was inconsistent. Told the front desk. Needed some plumbing expertise. Walls thin. Listened to couple argue from 11 pm to 3 am next room over. A solid 8 and would probably stay there again.

Very clean, room was spacious.

Hard to access the street. Couldn’t turn left and had to do a u turn at the train track.

New facility, very clean and staff was friendly. Room was a great size, had a microwave and a fridge. Had mugs, cutlery, plates and a kitchen sink. Shower pressure was probably the best from all hotels we've ever stayed. Breakfast was good too. Would definitely stay again.

Not a big deal but pillows were a bit too soft for us.
