Located in a nice quiet area surrounded with new residential developments and only 10 minutes away from Belleview. The hotel is modern, clean and great for family stays with many activities available. There are many areas to gather, both indoors (gym, games area, lounges) and outdoors (fire pit, BBQ area). The room was spacious, modernly decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast included many of the usual premade hot and cold foods, plus waffle machines and a freshly made omelette station ( we missed it as it closed at 9a while breakfast goes till 10a). There is underground parking available at a reasonable price, or you can take your chance and look for limited street parking outside.

The only hiccup I experienced was my booking included breakfast but I was having trouble getting into the breakfast area with my room key. I went down to the front desk on the Element side (building where the breakfast was located) but the staff there insisted my booking did not include it ( even though at the time I checked in at the Aloft front desk, they confirmed it was included). After a minute of going back and forth, she hesitantly issued me a card to get into the breakfast. Though this was not a pleasant interaction, in hind site, maybe I should have went back to Aloft to get the issue corrected as the staff there that checked me in and at checkout was pleasant and helpful.

Some of the front desk staff and especially, Manager, Jared, actually addressed our concerns. Price was good for the rate we got. Hotel was newish and seemed quite clean and tidy. Really liked that there were games for family/kids in the area adjacent to lobby-table shuffleboard, large block jenga, 3.5ft high Connect 4 board. Parking on the street--if you can find it. Breakfast buffet on non-wknd or holidays (extra cost depending how/where you booked the room). Gym was pretty decent for a hotel and had Pelotons for those that care. 3 separate outdoor seating sections on the terrace, 1 with firepit and another separate area with bbq available for use with heated seating that was quite effective. Fruit infused water available at the lobby. Ice tied up in bags.

If your room is along 152nd St, it could be a problem if you are a light sleeper. This is not a super busy thoroughfare but the air conditioning unit allows sounds from outside to come thru. We did find a dirty towel like some have stated. Breakfast buffet was chaotic on the wknds. Breakfast staff are overworked and understaffed and have seen their frustrations. Some front desk staff indifferent and and one downright confused and rude. Parking is extra ($15/night). Indoor pool was on the smaller side. Very small fridges. One microwave for use (on each floor?) by the ice station/room (not in each room).

The location was very nice and tucked away, I felt I had a lot of privacy, I loved the room, space and tv set up. The breakfast bar was great! staff was super friendly and the food was delicious. The parking situation was great as well, and loved it connected straight to the elevators to go up to your room!

I was a little sad there was no hot tub and that the pool was small. Also I feel like the seating in the breakfast area could have more spaces to sit, it was packed in there. I had to sit in front of the tv in one of the relaxing chairs.

The hotel looked like it was brand new. Clean, well-designed rooms with both traditional power and USB power. Cool balcony/patio area with zen garden. I didn't take advantage of the pool or fitness room but they looked to be well appointed.

It was like a ghost town. I felt like I was the only person in the hotel. I had to go find the waitress in the restaurant for breakfast. The hotel clearly caters to business travelers visiting Microsoft. There was literally nothing within walking distance for breakfast, dinner, or any other meal.

Great location in walking distance from Microsoft campus, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms. I liked that there was an easily accessible microwave and drinking water fountain in the corridor.

I loved everything except for the lack of celiac-safe gluten free options at breakfast. I got sick the first day so skipped breakfast on all following days.

The hotel was in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. There were many restaurant choices within easy walking distance. The rooms were clean, well-decorated, and very quiet. We loved the outdoor seating with a firepit as well as other places to sit and chat inside. The breakfast area was large and had a good variety of food options. Underground parking was $15/night which was reasonable for the area. The desk staff were very pleasant and helpful as were the breakfast team! The drive time into downtown Seattle was about 25 minutes (on a very busy weekend!).

We found the bed to be very firm which is not our preference.

AMAZING HOTEL!! great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Also close to groceries stores and pharmacies. The free breakfast was absolutely delicious. Great staff! Rooms were very clean. will definitely book here again.

First of all, the front desk staffs are amazing, very professional and helpful, the room is clean and the room bed is comfortable, breakfast is wonderful, plenty of food selection, fresh hot meals, also fruit coffee, juice, milk, tea…… We enjoy our stays here, very quiet and relaxing

Great hotel vibe. Big clean room with excellent bed. Good shower, cool fridge, complimentary parking on-site. Easy access for a 30 min drive - park all day for $30 at 5th Ave Garage - or 60 min public transport to downtown Seattle. Don’t forget Pizza Boggio, just a 5 min walk.

Bathroom sliding door is loud and difficult to handle. AC works well but is pretty loud.

Front concierge Vee was very nice & knowledgeable. Once I settled in my room & Vee asked if the room was ok. BUT later that night it was not. Room was clean, furnished from soaps, body wash, shampoo, 2 bottle water ($6 each). Bed was very comfortable including the covers. Room was quite, had black out shades & we slept much longer than we expected.

1) No microwave. 2) i didn't notice until late arlt night the bed had 1 blood stains on the sheets. 3) I had 1 car, street parking was hard to find if you have multiple cars.
