I really liked the location of the property. It's not too far out from the city. Everything is a great distance to get to and from the hotel. Just below was Whole Foods, so it was convenient to get some snacks. The room was fantastic. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to wake up the view of the city.

The parking was quite expensive compared to other hotels I've stayed at

Able to get a quiet night’s sleep. Super comfortable bed. Filtered water literally on tap. Wonderful ambience in the room, complemented by real and well tended pot plants. There was a lovely area to have breakfast and they made the best gluten free pancakes ever. Staff were super helpful and friendly. As a tea drinker I was delighted to be provided with a kettle!

The only issue was related to streaming movies from my phone to the tv. The hotel sent someone up to help but the issue remained unresolved. So no movie watching on the TV which we would have enjoyed.

Loved the staff, the location was great, the services like the car service was lovely and so appreciated.

When we arrived we checked in and then went for a walk - we came back to unpack and realized our room hadn’t been properly cleaned - there were unopened chips in the closet and it look like the beds were just remade not changed. Cleaning staff had already left so all they could do is move our room to a different style and because we booked through booking.com they couldn’t refund us the price rate difference :-( I can say the staff made every effort to help us and support us and did all they could to move us in what capacity they were able to do so - it wasn’t front desk’s fault

The location is great. We easily walked to the Climate Pledge arena, the Space Needle and Pike Place Market from the hotel. It was also very convenient having the grocery market right beside the hotel. We also really enjoyed the complimentary happy hour drink our first night after a long drive to Seattle.

When we first entered our room, there was a strong body odor smell. When we asked for air freshener at the front desk and they just switched our rooms to a new one. The other thing is the fitness center is not in the same building as the hotel. You need to go to the building next door.

I was very happy with the accommodations, it was a 20 min walk to everything. Staff were very kind. Tori Criss Helped me check in and spent time assisting me. He went above and beyond! The tub was the highlight of my room.

Curtains in my room needed replacing but I know the tears were due to people pulling them instead of the pulling rod. May consider getting long pulling rods so people stop damaging the curtains. Overall all was excellent!

Very nice hotel, cozy room, very comfortable bed, amazing bathroom with both shower and bath, TV, minibar with a good variety of drinks. Had a side view to Space Needle, view in general is pretty especially in the evening. Cozy lobby area with a fireplace and free drinks (tea/coffee in the morning and ice tea or water during the day). Restaurant on site, in room dining with very fast service. Gym and sauna included in the package. Location is perfect: 10 minutes on foot to Space Needle and 20 - to Pike Place Market. Whole Foods store is right down there as well. Parking available. Cleanness, friendly staff, all is there. Recommend!

Everything was really nice, no noise, no problems, no issues.

It’s ideal to stay here as it’s in central location and city attractions are close by. Staff at Pan Pacific were super amicable and courteous. Their attention to detail is impeccable; from the moment you check in, to when they give you a warm towel for your hands and lastly, them placing a bottle of wine and macarons in your room. Such a great gesture that they would place the wine and sweets as we were celebrating our mom’s birthday. Quite impressed.

This hotel is like my dream home, especially the room! The staffs are nice and kind. It is close to the attractions and bus stop. Wholefood is next to it. The place is super convenient.

During the time I stayed there, the hotel was still under renovation. Apart from the rooms and elevators, all hotel facilities were not available yet.

Nice central location for exploring South Lake Union, Seattle Center, and downtown (I like a little bit of a walk on vacation). We had a gorgeous corner room with cool views of the surroundings. Didn't get a chance to take advantage of the wine in the evenings but enjoyed the iced tea and water in the afternoons.

Worth noting that the fitness center is actually in another building.

Excellent location, staff were super helpful and courteous, hotel was very nice. Had a view of the space needle. Bus and trolley stop right across the street and there's a whole foods right downstairs.

The room I had was in the corner close to some other rooms and could either housekeeping or other guests were a bit noisy late morning. Could also hear noise from the street. I didn't mind too much but it's not perfectly quiet.
