The hotel was very clean and well kept. It was in a beautiful area with lots of restaurants and a Starbucks and Victriola coffee within one block. The hotel cafe was decent but expensive. The restaurant's food was delicious, and the rooftop bar had a great view of the Space Needle. The front desk people were very helpful, and there were always at least two people there, even on the third shift. They even brought us a microwave after midnight. We didn't valet, but the valet guys greeted us every time we walked in.

The rooms are a tad bit small. It had a large amount of counter space, which helped a bit. And, the bathroom door is a glass slider, which makes it a bit awkward to be there with friends.

The service was amazing! We came before check-in time, however, hotel reception staff greet us welcomed and offered a room. The breakfasts are amazing! If you need to pay a little extra to get included breakfasts, it is really worth it here. Every person gets a voucher for one dish and one drink from the café next to reception. The café has a variety of choice, from sweet French toast with berries to eggs benedict salmon sandwich. The presentation of the food and the taste is really great! It is super rare in US to get a hotel with not regular American breakfast but with restaurant-style menu and really good options. Additionally, we did not ask about cleaning in our room, however, we came after walking on the second day of stay and noticed that the room is perfectly clean and all the towels were changed. It was a pleasant surprise. So I really recommend this place - amazing staff, food, location and facilities.

I booked this hotel because it is rated excellent on booking.com. We stayed one night last week before going on a cruise. The excellent rating is true. The hotel room is very clean, the bed is comfortable and the staffs are very friendly. The room is also quite. The location of the hotel is good with easy access to restaurants and a H-Mark super market. We had breakfast included in our package, so we got two breakfast items and two drinks for free. The quality of the breakfast were very good. Checkout time is noon so we have plenty of time in the morning. Highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast included in our reservation turned out to be a great option. We could try something different every day—delicious food, excellent service in a cozy environment, outstanding coffee, and lots of takeaway options. Also, the hotel's location is close to most of the attractions, and we could walk to most of them. And the room decoration was very modern and tasteful.

The price of the accommodation was a bit high, and the rooftop bar was less than we expected. It was a bit crowded, and the food selection was lean. We had a better experience with the restaurant on the ground floor.

The hotel is clean and quiet and well located, and the food is great. The staff is friendly and helpful; however, two of our three days we had to ask for our room to be cleaned. We had the light on for cleaning the first day but it hadn't been cleaned yet by the afternoon; the next day was rather similar. The room did get cleaned both times and we were given a credit toward our food bill on the rooftop bar.

The rooms were really clean and were just the right size for a stay for my partner and me. I had to work a little when we arrived, so it was great that the check-in process was quick and connecting to the wi-fi was easy. Additionally, all the workers were incredibly kind and helpful. I forgot my toothbrush and they were able to provide me with one quickly.

We arrived during happy hour at the restaurant downstairs, but the site we were given to order said they wouldn't be able to send us up any food. I didn't mind going downstairs to grab food to go, but it would've been nice if happy hour meals could be sent up. I saw there was a robot that delivered to rooms, so it would've been cool to see that in action.

We liked the techy theme. The automatic shades, the motion sensor in the bathroom, the high-end shower, the décor and the finishes where all very on trend. The Astra Lounge was cool.

We had noisy quests above us and it took three calls to the front desk to get it stopped at 11pm. Overnight parking is expensive. The shower head was almost useless. The mattress was uncomfortable.

The property was nice, perhaps a heads up and parking options would be nice when booking the hotel room. I had no idea there was a valet. We walked all the way from the parking garage with out luggage.

There is one particular woman there that doesn’t seem interested in her job. She alternates between the top floor and podium of the altitude sky lounge. When upstairs, we wanted the check so we can leave, but when we asked her how we pay as she walked by, she answered “ittl be with your waiter” without stopping to tell us (she just kept walking without looking at us). Instead she continued to do something else as if we didn’t matter. The next day, this same woman was working the podium and didn’t even bother to look up from her cell phone as we entered the hotel. I didn’t catch her name, but it was a shorter woman with straight hair, and a constant unamused facial expression.

Everything. This was a fabulous hotel. Everything was perfect. There is a fantastic rooftop bar with the most amazing views. The personnel is so helpful and friendly.

The only thing was the location. This area is being gentrified and is up and coming. It's quite far from the Waterfront and I didn't feel totally safe at night walking down on 2nd Avenue.

Modern hotel - the rooms are new and comfortable. It feels expensive, although the price is generally ok. The only issue is the worst breakfast I've heard recently. 2 times we had breakfast there and 2 times it was a total miss in term value-quality ration, and in general it wasn't tasty at all
