This hotel is about 25 minutes from SeaTac with no traffic, just north of Seattle across the Lake Union bridge. Being north of Seattle means you can get into the city center much easier aside from peak rush hour, as most commuters come in from the south. The parking garage is gated and has plenty of spaces, especially during the work week. Most importantly, the parking garage is clean and staff come around and make sure no one who isn’t a guest is lurking around the grounds and guests’ cars. There is a daily rate for parking but it is lower than what most hotels in Seattle charge from what I’ve observed on my search for places. This hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, it resides in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the I-5 and plenty of amenities are nearby. A gas station, grocery store, McDonalds and several restaurants are within 5 minutes of the property. I have visited Seattle twice for one week each time and both times have stayed here and enjoyed it very much. On my most recent stay, my plane came in at 2:15am and by the time I got out of the airport and in my rental car I had been awake for over 24 hours. I called the front desk and asked if I could check in a good 9 hours early to get some sleep and was able to be accommodated with no extra charge. Of course that’s not always a guarantee, so keep that in mind. This property will likely always be my go-to choice when staying in Seattle!

This isn’t a complaint, just something to know if you’ve never stayed here before; the parking garage is under the hotel and the entrance is somewhat hidden. If you come in from Meridian Ave you will hit a deep slope, as soon as you hit the bottom of that slope, turn left and there is the parking garage gate. It will open automatically and you can park and take the elevator to the lobby to get checked in, don’t worry!

Staff was really friendly and helpful - I had a lot of questions about public transport and they were great at guiding me! It’s really easy to take the bus to the transit center and grab the tram to downtown, uw, cap hill, and etc. The room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. I also enjoyed their gym space, it was well equipped and easy to access

Parking at the hotel was confusing. The parking garage is below the hotel. There is no parking lot or parking on the street. I was curious why there were no screens on the windows. The luggage carts were impossible to find. The staff did find us one when we checked in. When we checked out, we were told that there were only 6 luggage carts. The other guests must have had them in their rooms before check out time? My daughter found one in the parking garage when she took some of our items to our truck. I had asked for a room that was close to the elevator as I have bad knees. I don't think that was addressed.

This hotel was, as they say, above my pay grade. I don't know if I've ever stayed in a hotel this nice before but the price was right on. We had a 'suite' with 2 TVs and a lot of seating and a super comfy bed. This was our last night of our long road trip so it was great to be able to sprawl out all the bags and suitcases for organizational purposes and still have room to spare. Internet was fine, TVs were nice. We wanted to stay close to the zoo and this was perfect.

Didn't provide things like lotion that aren't necessary of course but appreciated when they are available (and you forgot to pack lotion). The parking elevator could sometimes be slow, and having to pay $20 for parking is a little annoying.

Room was super modern and clean, loved the shower and how spacious it was; the shower amenities like the shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelt amazing, really enjoyed the products

Lighting in the parkade (got into an incident and smashed the entire rear windshield when backing into the parking space. Lighting masked the protruding top section of the wall (the wall was not flat from to to bottom) so when backing up my SUV, the vehicle hit the wall and completely damaged my window. Poor lighting did not allow me to see the different depth of the wall. No markings indicating "Cautious when backing In', only caution was for "High Voltage" of the area. Doesn't almost $600 getting the window fixed; Super tight parking spots

Excellent food and wait staff. Particularly loved the dinner, especially the soup and cheese sandwich. The chef was outstanding.

Consistency in cleaning the room. Over 5 days, we had to report to the front desk 3 times that our room had not been cleaned. Someone then brought clean towels, but it was disappointing to return to a room that had not been cleaned.

Easy check in and clean rooms.

Evening front desk staff was a bit rude. He rushed and had no time for My question. Which was does your company have a waiting period to receive the deposits back?. He ran my card twice, and acted like it was nothing. also to just be calm, and you will get it back. I repeated again a few hours later,and Said is there a waiting period because I have not received yet. He said soon don't worry. I walked off and left and tried in the am. The am shift was kind and informative, and answered my question. Other then that was a good stay once again.

good location for our needs. quiet except for the in room a/c, even on low. parking available for $21. nice bed.

underground parking was very tight but doable. $21. for parking. noise of a/c even on lowest fan speed. in room coffee was terrible.

Room was comfortable and extremely clean. Nice and quiet as well. Never heard a noise from the other rooms. Also very close to things like gas stations, Starbucks, and target

Parking was full every night and couldn’t find a spot even though was paying for it. Tiny spots as well so a few spots didn’t have cars - but the other cars were so in the spot couldn’t fit my car in them.
