Family friendly. Location was walking distance to all stadiums. Best was hotel was at one end of the free waterfront shuttle line which stopped at the front door. We could always get on. If we had been at the middle there may not have been room and long wait times. Not a location to walk late at night. Early ok. All staff were helpful and friendly. When I forgot to take the sign off door one day, housekeeping called to say they could not clean and to call for supplies. Room was exceptionally modern, large, clean and well appointed-corner suite. 13 Coins Restaurant attached to hotel was great with breakfast, outdoor patio and terrific food.

Breakfast hours--who goes on vacation to have breakfast by 9am??? Breakfast food was average at best. One day omlet wait was 1/2 hr. Happy hour/snacks not worth the trouble of pushing through crowd.

Free breakfast was excellent! We paid for a larger room and it was worth it. Wish I had sprung for the largest one, but it still worked out. Location was good, we were able to catch a free shuttle to Pikes Place Market every day we were there. Close to Uwajimaya (if you are into Japanese food/culture this is a MUST visit). Great overall trip. Will stay again at this location. 13 Coins food is excellent, the service is either really good or not good at all...

Wish the room had been larger. We ate at 13 Coins - 3 times. The food was excellent each time. The service was great once and subpar the other two times. Overall the hotel was excellent and I have very few complaints.

Breakfast was good. A better selection that most hotels. It was nice having our own coffee pot, microwave and fridge. The beds were comfortable. Even the pull out couch wasn't too bad. It was easy access to everything, very walkable and we used the the free shuttle that stops right outside of the hotel.

There was no where to sit at breakfast. It would have nice to open up the reception area. I would have liked a few extra blankets in the room. The sliding barn doors in the bathroom are not very private and they don't lock. There were 5 of us in the room but we only got coffee for 2 and 4 towels.

Some of the staff were very nice others were to not be rude very snobbish and unpolite, and I’m talking about the front desk staff. The breakfast and all the staff at the breakfast were amazing and were the best breakfast that I’ve received at a hotel ever. I did not like having to pay $60 a day for parking from the hotel, so the hotel shares a garage with another company that is connected to the hotel to go through the hotel at $60 a night to go through the garage company it’s $55 a night. Yes they give you access to your vehicle all the time but as a nuisance.

My daughter and I treated ourselves to this hotel because of the location to bus depot and T-Mobile Park. It's a little pricier than what we can afford but we saved up and it paid off in the end. CONVENIENCE is everything. We took a ferry to Vancouver from Nanaimo and bus from Vancouver to Seattle. We didn't have to spend extra money or our time on cabs, and for food, the breakfast buffet held us over the whole game (food price in stadium is crazy) Our bus leaving Seattle was at 4:45 and even going into extra innings we didn't have to leave too early to grab our bags from hotel and hit the station.

Embassy Suites breakfast and made to order omelets always smacks! Kids love the pool. Happy hour makes us all happy travelers. Kids loved getting sodas. Wonderful staff and service. The only place to stay comfortably as a family of 5 in one room.

Elevator traffic on checkout can be a bummer for those on lower floors, the doors opened to several families who could not squeeze in with their luggage trollies. Happy hour would be better if it were slightly longer. Drinks lines can get long.

We got an upgrade to a Kingsize bed room (which is larger than the Murphy bed), very comfortable, spacious. Loved that they had Starbucks filter coffee in the rooms as well as during breakfast (afterall it's Seattle!). The facilities were great ; gym, pool, hot tub and on-site 13Coins restaurant open till late. Their happy hour 5-6.30 pm had free drinks/wine and snacks. We actually chose this hotel for location, right next to Kings station to take our train for weekend in Portland. The hotel were great to store our big luggage overnight, till we came back to check-in again.

A truly excellent hotel. The facilities, including a large swimming pool and hot tub, were excellent, and the staff were so accommodating. Our room was extremely comfortable, with an amazing view out over the city. The buffet breakfast, with made-to-order omelettes - which were huge! - was a great way to start the day, and the evening reception was a lovely way to finish it. If you're coming for a sports or music event at the stadium, it's literally next door, whilst the downtown tourist attractions are within easy walking distance. Definitely stay here if you can.

Great front desk staff. Very clean and comfortable, the bed was fabulous. Big roomy shower with lots of water pressure. Really enjoyed the 2nd floor happy hour, great way to meet new people. The breakfast was amazing, so many choices including an omelet bar. The restaurant 13 coins is superb, the food, the servers, the chefs, we will definitely visit again.

The one and only thing I disliked was the sliding doors on the bathroom as there is a gap when closed, I prefer more privacy than that particular door offers. It would have been a bigger issue if we were rooming with others.
