I believe it was Amanda (or Ashley - sorry) that checked us in, she was so very nice, friendly, welcoming and informative. She was quick and efficient. We asked her for recommendations for a local eatery and she shared her list of local and franchise options, which was very helpful. We chose one of the local places very close by and had a wonderful meal. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds I have had in a long time. Lovely clean quality sheets and clean room. Breakfast was very good, with lots of options. Excellent stay in a very convenient location.

The pool was definitely on the cool side but certainly a nice option after travelling all day. Someone needs to do something to repair the pool room door, it is very heavy and very very loud when closing, especially with the pool area echo.

Amber "in training" was a highlight to our stay. She provided us with excellent service and was helpful in finding a place to have dinner. She provided hospitality that warmed my heart. Breakfast and coffee was great both days. The room was awesome and very comfy.

Unfortunately, the one item we didn't like, the staff had minimal ability to change. There was a large amount of young people staying in the hotel, thus the hot tub was gross on Saturday night. I brought this to the staff attention Sunday afternoon. That night the hot tub was considerably cleaner but still very disappointing.

Staff was awesome and very accommodating. Hotel was clean and so was the room. Breakfast options were very good for being free.

Location is good, but neighborhood is not the best. Hotel does a good job keeping its guest safe with the facilities. The biggest issue is that this hotel is directly below the flight path to the local army base. They house massive low flying airplanes there that will rumble the whole hotel from time to time when they fly over. This is not like the typical airport hotel where you can hear planes from time to time. When they fly over you will know it. It would wake you up from a dead sleep no problem. However in our 2 night staff there we only heard them 2 times.

Room was big, like it was meant for two beds, but we had just one. Room was clean, updated bathroom, breakfast was good. Previous issues with homeless have been taken care of. Did not see a single homeless person.

The room description said “sofa bed” included in the room, but there was only a chaise. If you wanted to sleep on it, good luck. Upon arrival we had to wait a few minutes before checking in because the computer system was down. Not a big deal as it was just a couple of minutes to restart. Also was charged more than the Priceline confirmed charge, but one phone call and was credited the difference.

The room was perfect for someone with a handicap. Wonderful selection of coffee along with hot water for the wide range of tea's. Wonderful selection of breakfast food. The combination of swimming pool and hot tub was very nice. The hot tub was exactly what I needed after driving all day. The young lady that checked me in was very nice, even though me and my aunt wasn't supposed to be able to check in until 3 pm she was able to get us checked in before noon. Definitely will stay here again.

Only having one card for two people. Having to have a card to do anything, using the elevator. Not having internet access. Don't know if it was the hotel or what but even the young lady at the front desk couldn't get it to work.

The only downside of the stay was thst our room was next to the stairs but that's my fault for not changing it immediately but other than that we had a great time.

Shower had actual water pressure that we did not need to run around to get wet. Staff was very helpful and so nice. We were shocked by how easy they made our stay. Felt safe in the gated area.

There was nothing to dislike. Breakfast was great, the lady helping setup breakfast Wednesday morning was nice and funny. We did not use the pool and it actually was working.

Nothing, everything was fine for a 3 night stay.

The hotel, room, elevator, and breakfast area were all very clean. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The hot breakfast items were not very hot. All of the pillows were soft. There should be an option of firm and soft pillows.

The breakfast was good and the staff did an excellent job of replenishing breakfast items and coffee under the circumstances of getting many track athletes fed.

I did feel a little misled about the total price of the stay.
