Staff was very friendly and accommodating by helping us with whatever we asked of them. We are two seniors with walkers and require a few extra helps with luggage transport. All of the employees we came in contact with were eager to help us with whatever we asked and did so with a smile and friendliness. The women who work in the breakfast area were phenomenal and at the top of their game. And so nice and friendly. The food was hot, tasted good, and the cleanliness was excellent in that area. I will be back again. PS Needing a room key to enter the front door made me feel a lot safer than I usually do in a hotel.

The only thing I noticed were stained carpets, which I feel mean and unfair pointing out. Not much could be done except new carpets, which I understand is a huge undertaking. Especially if you can't close the doors to get it accomplished.

Comfy beds! Complimentary breakfast included scrambled eggs, egg omelettes + egg (white) omelettes, sausage links and sausage patties (bacon on alternating days), Chobani yogurt flavors (with fresh pecans and cranberries as toppings), plus a pancake machine and cereals, fresh biscuits + gravy, potatoes, and much more. Next to gas station, small shopping center with eateries and conveniences.

(Hotel is on a busy street but we had a rear room with a beautiful lake view that was quiet.)

Free Breakfast was GREAT.. Love it. Room was standard, clean and beds were comfortable. Parking is free, this is great. Restaurants and Gas stations are nearby.

This is a family hotel which means the hotel is filled up with young families with toddlers and pre-teenagers. They are extrememly noisy and vociferous all throughout my 3 nights stay. Even the whole night I heard them stomping on the floor and making high decible noise. I complained twice to the front desk, however that did not work well. So we could not sleep well during all the 3 nights. Pretty bad experience. Hotel management must address this problem for not loosing quiet families and senior citizens as repeat customers.

The room was spacious and nicely laid out, good lighting and a comfortable king size bed. Breakfast exceeded my expectations and was very good. The staff members were courteous and worked efficiently and our room was cleaned everyday, which we were grateful for.

There was nothing much to complain of. Our room was a little musty on the first day and when I reported it to the cleaner she addressed the matter by turning on the air conditioner/heater in room as we really didn't understand how to turn it on. Because our room was ay the end of the corridor on the 3rd floor, the WiFi signal was a bit weak in our room but otherwise it was good in the corridor and lobby area.

Convenience to the freeway and a top notch breakfast and coffee. Staff was friendly and attentive. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

We were only there for one night but everything was exceptional. This is not your destination explicit, but I wish they would get rid of the elevator key card requirements. That is a bit of an inconvenience.

Love staying at the holiday Inn express, great rooms , love the breakfast, great beds, anything you need, just ask and they get it for you. The laundry room is great, very clean and nice. It's the only place I like to stay.

What I don't like about the holiday Inn express is that some of them do not allow pets, I have a 7lb dog who is very well trained and goes where I go. She is not a service dog in the sense of some I've seen att the hotels I have visited, just last week when I stayed at one in Tacoma Washington, this couple had a 100 lb. Masfit dog as a service dog. Not fair. All they have to do is charge a pet fee. Most people would pay it. Its has good things and bad things.

The staff was very nice and very helpful. The location was just right for us.

The parking lot was tight, and traffic in and out was rough at times. The other thing was the toilet plugged 3 times, and they did get a service person on to fix it. The elevator was not running the whole time we were there. They did tell us beforehand.

We stayed at the hotel for several days. The room was clean and housekeeping provided fresh towels each day. We had a decent breakfast with a good variety including oatmeal, omelettes, sausages, coffee, and more. The selection was actually quite large and the food was fresh and of good quality. The staff at the front desk were also very responsive.

The fire alarm or it was something else (nobody understand this) went off several times in the middle of the night, with intervals of 10 minutes. The sound was very alarming and we were initially scared because we didn't know what was happening. Everyone had to evacuate the building and gather in the lobby multiple times. It was a terrible experience.

The staff was really nice, the breakfast was yummy, and our room was clean.

The website said that the indoor pool was heated but it was very cold. The pool was one of the main reasons why that was the hotel we chose. Also, the view from the window wasn't very pleasant.

Everything was clean and quiet. There was a wireless charger provided in our room. The breakfast was great!

The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would've liked. The shampoo and conditioner were out. Sure, we could've called for more but I expected it to be refilled upon my arrival.
