Location was perfect. Lots of shops bars and restaurants near the hotel. There is even a club and supermarket. Near the metro, saw the arc de triomphe everyday. The big bus tour started and stopped at the top of the road. Near the Eiffel Tower and shops. I could easily walk or take one bus to most of the attraction I booked. Room was quiet and comfy and they upgraded us to a superior room so that we would have more space. We had to leave our key every time we went out which made me feel more secure because I was worried I would lose it. Very friendly staff, very clean hotel. We stayed in 3 hotels in Paris including the one at Disneyland and we both thought this one was the best. This will be my hotel of choice when visiting Paris again.

Lift was a bit small but that’s more the design of the building. I also didn’t like the minibar, we don’t really do that in the uk any more. Anything left in hotels is usually complimentary so my daughter rushed in and opened some €7 nuts!

Staff very friendly and helpful, really liked the decor, bed was comfortable and the whole place was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great too - with fresh orange juice and porridge (my favourites) as well as a good selection of other high quality foods. Also, I thought the room size was larger than many Paris hotels - had room for a stylish accent chair as well as a desk and chair. And I liked the selection of snacks and drinks in the room, although no beer or wine.

Leaving! Also - a minor but slightly irritating point, I was in room 504 and the rail height of the wardrobe was far too low for my dresses - only ok for skirts and jackets. So my dresses and coat were all crumpled at the bottom. Don't know if other rooms are different. Nevertheless, this is a great place to stay.

It's a teeny hotel. The rooms aren't massive but well appointed and very clean. It was lovely to open a long set of French doors and lean over the small balcony but really the view wasn't much to write home about. The staff were lovely. Bedding and towels very clean. Location good - just by the arc de triomphe.

No spare pillows - the ones supplied were so soft they were practically flat. The bathroom sink was in the bedroom and not in the bathroom - odd. We had asked for ice to cool our wine - none available.

Location was so central to everything, Arc de Triomphe was literally at the end of the Rue. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good really enjoyed what was on offer. Room was immaculate and we arrived early and asked if we could leave our luggage but was told our room was available to check in immediately

Rooms could have been slightly bigger however we didn’t go to Paris to sit in a hotel room and there was everything in the room that we needed.

Small hotel just a short stroll from the Arc de Triomph and The Champs Elysee . Rooms is compact but fine for a few nights stay . Great breakfast

The only downside was tea making factualities in the room! Provided a kettle , mugs , tea/coffee . We actually took our own t-bags. But the hotel did not replenish the milk capsules ! When we asked for some at reception they were very reluctant and would only give us 2 ! That is only just enough for 1 cup of tea ! Most brits love a cup of tea . We also couldn’t even find a shop to buy a carton of milk 😢 Minor moan but it did spoil my weekend !

The room was very well designed and comfortable. The windows opened and allowed for temperature regulation without using the AC. I liked the design - modern and stylish. Great to have the additional door to the corridor making the room noise proofed from the stairs and the lift. Breakfast was great - good selection, quality, and quantity. Loved the fresh orange juice machine.

The property is very close to the arc de Triomphe, within 5 minutes walk. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were very good and looked after the room keys while you are out and about in the city. We attended for our honeymoon and we were upgraded to the superior double room and the staff left a congratulations note with some chocolates and rose petals. They were more than happy to keep bags for us until the room was ready and same on check out. Couldn’t recommend this place enough

Location of the hotel is excellent, a mere 2 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysées and yet in a quiet side street. Also, the hotel can be reached by direct subway lines from Gare de Lyon or Gare Montparnasse, which is very convenient when arriving/leaving by train. The facilities are good, a kettle with tea/coffee is always appreciated.

It was not pleasant to find a wet towel in the bathroom and a plumber repairing the shower when we arrived. However, the hotel reacted well and gave us a superior room immediately. The dominant black color of the room 'decoration' is not particularly enjoyable.

Great location and staff were very friendly! Felt very safe! The room was small but it was great utilisation of space. It had everything we needed!

More bar facilities if possible.

the location is simply wonderful, next to the Arc de Triomphe, all attractions can be reached on foot, there are many bakeries and cafes nearby, the area is calm, we feel safe

The only negative fact is the shower in the hotel room, it is not closed and water can even flow into the room, we used a large number of towels to then wipe all the floors from puddles of water after taking a shower
