The staff was exceptional. The room was smaller, as expected in the region, but the bathroom was quite spacious and the entire room had been recently renovated. The staff is very friendly, and gets a 10/10. We do not speak any French, but Fabienne, Ali, Daniel, Hamza, Anis, and Anais all helped us. Fabienne called the airport to track our lost luggage and reviewed our planned itinerary for the trip to give us suggestions, and they all helped us with reservations and local suggestions for food and entertainment. They even went out of their way to help us with a little surprise. The room is close to a mall and restaurants, and a short walk to the Eiffel tower, without feeling overly crowded and touristy.

If you want more of a "touristy" environment, there may be other districts to consider.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Esteem Tour Eiffel! The location is perfect—quiet and safe, yet just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and great local cafés. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect base for exploring Paris. What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thanks to Hamza, Danjel, and Ali for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready with great tips and recommendations. Thank you again for such a warm and pleasant experience—highly recommended to anyone visiting Paris!

I absolutely loved this hotel – it was perfect for a short trip! The location couldn’t have been more convenient, with metro access just a two-minute walk away, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. The room itself was everything I needed and more – very comfortable, quiet, and tastefully decorated with a touch of luxury. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the high-quality linens and blackout curtains for a great night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with excellent water pressure, plush towels, and a heated towel rack. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. I would definitely stay here again – it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience that made my trip even better!

I have never been welcomed by nicer staff anywhere; the reception at check-in by Ali will probably never be topped, and the same goes for the check-out with Hamza behind the reception. I unfortunately didn't get the names of the other staff members, but they were all equally friendly and attentive, gladly helping out with whatever we needed (please give them the recognition they deserve, should anyone from the staff see this). The room was nice and clean, and the hotel itself situated conveniently at walking distance from the Eiffel tower and two different metro lines. Not to mention multiple restaurants, boulangeries and super markets just minutes away. I highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

Stayed at the hotel for 3 days. Would definitely recommend, especially for a longer stay. Great location, only a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and less than 10 minutes from a shopping centre. The highlight of the stay was definitely the staff. Ali, the receptionist, was very kind and helpful. He was a great host and very professional. The breakfast was delicious and the variation was good too. The cook, Jackson, was also very helpful and friendly. The room was great. Very cozy and newly renovated with good amenities. Very clean and the housekeeping staff were friendly too. Even though the room was on the first floor it was quiet during the entire stay, and the view from the window was good too.

This is a truly great hotel. We had seen several negative reviews, but I have to say — that was not our experience at all. First of all, the hotel is very well located. Both Dupleix and Charles Michels metro stations are very close. The neighborhood has everything you need: laundry services, markets, restaurants, cafés — and the Eiffel Tower is basically a 15-minute walk away. When we arrived, we were given clear instructions about the Wi-Fi, keycards, check-out process, breakfast, and even the lounge available in the lobby. We stayed in Room 46, a corner room on the 4th floor (with a view of the Eiffel Tower from the window!). The space was great — it had a safe, a spacious bathroom, a heater, a coffee machine… Honestly, this is probably the nicest room we’ve stayed in for a while. The staff was always available and very welcoming. Breakfast was diverse and delicious, with a lot of options. We had a blast every morning, and the staff made it even better — always happy to chat and help. P.S. During our stay, there was a neighborhood-wide power outage, but the hotel handled it wonderfully — checking on guests and making sure we had everything we needed. We know we’ll be back in Paris, and this hotel will be our first choice.

The Wi-Fi is time-based, so you’ll need to reconnect several times, but nothing major. Good speed, fully available, and free.

We really felt welcomed in the hotel, especially by the two ladies that worked in the reception, it was my daughters birthday and we were delighted that they bought a cake for her! Also we got a room where we could see the Eifel Tower. The location was great, 15 min walk to Eifel, neighbourhood felt safe and quite. I liked the interior of the room, looks pretty newly done, though room was a bit small, but that did not influence the quality of our stay.

The only tiny downside would be the breakfast - the place where it is served is kind of small, was expencting some warm food options (for example eggs).
