I am extremely happy with the hotel. I spent so much time finding a hotel with the best quality, performance, and proximity to the city center for the price I paid. I found this one, and this hotel exceeded all of my expectations. We arrived yesterday earlier than our check-in time to leave our luggage, and they told us our room was already ready, so we could enter immediately. With the room key, you are also allowed to enter other hotels in the chain and enjoy snacks. At 4 PM-ish, I went to the closest one to Louvre, charged my phone a little while enjoying the beautiful tea and healthy nuts. There were also fruits, cakes, croissants, coffee, etc. I could go back to traveling with full energy. In the room, there was also a minibar which was free. The room was very clean, and every piece of furniture was new as the hotel was recently renovated. The room even had a Type-C port, which made me very happy because I couldn’t use my charger as it broke in another hotel. The room also had a kettle with delicious teas. My brother asked for an iron, and it worked very well. The hairdryer had really good power. I never heard any noise from outside and slept very well. WiFi was also excellent and you can also use the WiFi of other Astotel hotels as well. It automatically connects even if you are walking by. We did not buy breakfast because we thought we could just enjoy the cafes in Paris. However, in the morning, we were in a rush and very sad about not finding time to have breakfast outside. The receptionist was very kind to offer us breakfast, which made our day. The food quality was way better than all other price-performance hotels I have been to in Europe. The cheeses and potatoes were my highlights and were very delicious. Every single staff member was very kind, helpful, and always smiling. So, I suggest everyone who is in doubt or can't decide between other places to immediately book this hotel.

Hotel Acadia (4 Rue Geoffroy-Marie) is a great hotel - would definitely recommend. + Central location near metro lines. Easy to walk to Monmartre, the Louvre, Place de la Concorde etc + Very clean and nicely decorated rooms in an old building. + Helpful staff: they gave directions and ordered taxis when needed. + The air conditioning works and was very nice given 30+ temperatures. + In the afternoons and evenings, there's an open snack bar (croissants, biscuits, cakes etc) in the lobby, and a minibar (water and juice) in the rooms, at no extra cost.

- The breakfast is a continental, so nothing too exciting. You might not want to buy it if you're only having a coffee and cereal. - Very narrow staircase so you always have to use the lift.

The room is very good and clean. The room is equipped with soft drinks, apple juices and water every day, but the only problem is that there is a strong smell from the bathroom. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, but the hotel provided snacks, coffee, juices and water at all times. It is very good. Good location, convenient, many restaurants, near the train station.

The staff is very good. My sister forgot her mobile phone at the restaurant. The staff name SEYDOU helped call the restaurant and called a taxi until she got her mobile phone back. I would like to commend this staff. The hotel is very good except for the smell in the bathroom.

This hotel was a great choice for our stay in Paris! 🇫🇷 The location is very comfortable and it's less than a 4 min walk till the metro from where you can get very easily around the city. The hotel also offers a free minibar refilled daily and free beverage with some snacks and patisserie in the lobby from 2 pm until 2 am. Generally, the hotel offers many benefits like also a SPA in one of their chain hotels. 🥐☕️ The staff was simply amazing. Specially a big thank you to Noemi. She went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible and helped us out on many occasions. We would love to come back on another occasion and stay here again.

Great location - near the metro station and most venues are walkable. Very clean. Minibar is replenished daily. Fantastic staff - nice and friendly. Snacks available from 2 pm till 2 am. We were told the hotel had just gone through renovation - it's super clean and brand new. Very cozy breakfast area and delicious food. Oh, and a very spacious room (for Paris)! We loved every minute spent in this incredible place.

Only one thing... We had to check out before breakfast time. The hotel offered a breakfast box, which is very kind. But the content of this box was a bit disappointing - some cookies and one yogurt (for 2 people!), a banana, and an apple. When breakfast costs €14 per person, it would be good to get at least a sandwich.

Very friendly and helpful personnel, feeling I was very welcome from the first minutes. Rooms was spacious, very clean and AC worked efficiently. Breakfast was great and versatile, not just croissants & coffee but yogurts, cheeses, eggs, omelettes, warm veggies, juices, lots of pastries - served as a brunch very well! The snacks & beverages served from 2pm to 2am at the lounge was a really nice surprise, and a great pick-me-up in between roaming around the city in the morning and evening. The location is very central and practical, safe as well. There's a grocery store just opposite to the hotel, and Gare du Nord walking distance away, and a couple of metro stops very close. The best hotel I have stayed in Paris and I wills surely book this again for my next visit.

Nothing, everything was just superb.

What an amazing hotel and experience! Right from the get-go, the reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and was a very pleasant surprise considering Paris rooms are normally so small. Beds were very comfortable and we so appreciated the complimentary mini bar. To add to our wonderful stay the complimentary afternoon refreshments from 2pm until late was great. Donuts, pastries, muesli bars, chocolates, crackers, fruit etc plus some of the best coffee we had in Paris. If you book with Astotel you are welcome in any of their hotels in Paris on your travels to stop for free bottles of water, refreshments and a toilet stop. Honestly we were so pleased we booked here. We will book them again when we return in the future.

This hotel was very enjoyable to stay at. First off, the staff were incredible as evidenced by the fact that they were very helpful in providing our family with orientation to our new neighborhood and they even compensated our family with free breakfast for our stay when we had a problem with opening and closing our door due to their recent renovations. The hotel was in a prime location and easily accessible to metro lines 8/9. The facilities and room itself were very clean and their recent renovations made our stay very comfortable. Honestly; I was scared about coming to Paris due to the stories of bed bugs but our room was very clean.

That our room was very hot; as per staff the air conditioner was off as it was fall season. They kindly turned the heating off to our room.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very comfortable, spotlessly cleaned every day, and the location couldn't be better—right in the heart of the city, with everything within easy walking distance. The staff at the reception were especially kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.

The only downside was the breakfast, which had limited variety and could be improved in terms of quality. That said, overall I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Great location in the 9th - many cute bars/restaurants across the street and around the corner. The staff were very friendly and it's so nice that they provide afternoon snacks in the lobby and water/soft drinks in the mini-bar at no charge. My favorite part was the room was fully air conditioned on arrival - so nice on a warm day - and very unusual to find in European hotel rooms.

The neighborhood can be a bit noisy but that is outside the control of the hotel and the trade-off to be in certain neighborhoods.
