the room is clean, Maid also clean the room well but should have mirror in bedroom too to dress up

Staff at reception when i check in was very nice (23 Jul around 5pm) and good service but when i check out (3 Aug morning) i asked if the hotel have service about Shuttle bus to airport he said yes for free, but when i asked no charge for fee right? he answer didnt nice to us, he said do you think everything is free? he said he works for 14 years nothing free. (he mean he can call taxi for free), it so bad service i just asked because in review hotel said have the vehicle to pick up customer so we just asking.

Location was excellent, the breakfast was good and service was nice and multi language

The bathroom door was one of those that hangs from the ceiling and was constantly falling from the rail

The staff was very nice, the breakfast was very good, scrambled eggs, sausage and all the pastries, coffee, etc. Location was great, close to the Metro and places to eat, like McDonald's not to far away, a nice grocery store a couple of streets over on the corner of Grenelle St. Pretty close to the Eiffel Tower.

The bathrooms are pretty small and one of the busy days of mine, touring to many places, there was a sign posted, Hot Water Outage on Thursday August 21,2025, from 9:00am -7:00 for system maintenance. I had to take a shower before 9:00. After returning to my room on that day, after spending 5 hours in the heat standing at The LOUVRE, I come back to my room and they are pulling wires and working on my AC, which was working great before that. So maintenance had my door ajar with the room chair and it was hot in the room with no AC. I sat in my room for probably 45 mins to 1 hour just waiting for maintenance to finish and get the AC on again.

The rooms were very clean and the service was very good. The heating worked well and the hot water in the shower was great, the power points were in convenient places and they had a kettle so that I could make a coffee when I wanted. The hotel is perfectly situated with shops, laundry mat and restaurants within close proximity. We had cleaners come in everyday and replaced the towels. toilet paper, tissues and made the beds and did a wonderful job with the cleaning without touching any of our things.

The bed was a bit harder than what I am used to and hurt my hips and lower back after a few days. The shower was tiny with hardly any room to move but at least it had a hand rail so we could balance okay. The lift was out of order from day 2 but we were on the 2nd floor and happy to take the stairs except it was difficult to get our luggage down the narrow stairs and we had to do a few trips.

We often stay in hotels for different reasons, and were very pleased with this one. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was good and worth the price, but was not included in the price of the room so you only pay for it if you want it - very useful with two teenagers who often skip breakfast. The hotel isn't expensive compared to some and we thought it very good value for money. The location is excellent with the river bank and Eiffel Tower only a short walk away. We wanted a good experience for our 18 year old granddaughter and her friend on their first visit to Paris, and this hotel was everything we hoped for. Our two rooms were both a good size, quiet, and beds comfortable, so sleeping was easy. The local area is lively with plenty of cafe's, restaurants and shops, and we felt safe. There are several Metro stations and bus stops very close by. We will definitely stay here again.

The fact that the hotel was close to the river Seine from where one could take a nice walk all the way to the Eiffel Tower and other sights. The sights in general between 15 to 20 min of walk from the hotel, and one could easily reach any of these sights by metro without additional changes. Also they let us check-in early as the room had been prepared )))

There were no brunch places in the neighborhood. We had to travel to another neighborhood to get proper brunch as we didn't want to be tied to the hotel breakfast schedule. So either take the room with breakfast included if you don't want to travel around looking for breakfast, or consider travelling to another neighborhood for breakfast/brunch.

The location is exquisite! It’s a 12 minute walk from Eiffel tower, and a 3 minutes walk from the metro station. There are wonderful restaurants within 2 to 10 minutes distance. Especially a caffe called “O Caffe”, a Lebanese restaurant called “Fayrouz” and an inranian restaurant called “shabestan”. The room is really big, it has a kettle, and the bed is comfy. It’s very clean as well and the staff are very friendly.

Shower gets kinda messy but that’s okay. AC was acting weird for the first couple of days, but i guess it’s because it was still May, so the weather was still pleasant outside.

Booked an Air BnB elsewhere which was didn’t live up to expectation so needed a hotel last minute close to the Eiffel Tower. Booked online and within 15 mins of booking / arriving my room was ready. Location was great and close enough to use as a base. Staff were very friendly. Room was spacious given the price and location. Especially the bathroom.

No coffee in the room although had the facilities so kettle, cups, sugar and sweetener all avaliable. When I asked for coffee was told I would have to order the breakfast for 10 euros. Don’t know if this was down to language barrier but other than that couldn’t fault. On the contrary, my son and I were offered a complimentary coffee on my departure by the really kind reception man whilst waiting for an Uber which was lovely and left very satisfied with such a little but nice gesture.

We stayed at Hôtel Beaugrenelle Tour Eiffel from May 7 to May 10 — and everything was excellent. The room was cozy and cleaned every day. We added breakfast to our booking, and it was definitely worth it: a varied buffet with fresh pastries, cheeses, ham, eggs, yogurts, croissants, and juices — everything was tasty and well-stocked. The location is also a big plus: just a 10-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, with metro stations and shops nearby. Friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere.

Location was good. 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. 5 minute walk to the train station. The breakfast each morning was good. A nice selection of breakfast foods to choose from. Room service (making of bed and clean towels) each day was much appreciated.

The elevator was not working! The initial check in apparently did not calculate our city tax accurately. This was not brought to our attention until we were checking out at 4am. Did not have the energy at that time of day to argue. The room was tiny!! Not what the photos have you believe.
