The hotel felt new and clean. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. We absolutely loved the location, it was less than a block from the metro and it didn't feel overwhelmed by tourists. It felt a bit more local and definitely laid back. It was a short walk to Luxembourg gardens which were beautiful. The breakfast was really good, but definitely recommend going on the earlier side since it gets crowded later in the morning. The piano karaoke night on Thursday was really really fun! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom, though small, was nice. The shower was the most contained here so water didn't get everywhere! We loved this hotel so much we're coming back and staying here later this year.

A minor thing, which is typical in most hotels in Europe we've stayed in, is that the AC doesn't get as cold as we're used to in the US

The staff were amazing . Beautiful and friendly and eager to please . They all spoke English which made it so much easier . The rooms were spacious and well designed . It just made our stay in Paris so comfortable and enjoyable.

Excellent location, comfortable and clean rooms, place is quite peaceful and calm, I believe sound isolation works well. Staff is young and very helpful, good breakfasts, nice atmosphere and decor, especially “old bar”, which should be more advertised.

As staff is quite young, it does lack certain experience in some details (like checking cutlery for cleanliness, serving vine, advertising / mentioning what the hotel can offer) only experienced guys can teach:) But these are very minor issues, most people will not even notice those. I’d say that freezing equivalent of 100 euro / day on your credit card is bit too much for those who stay for a long time.

Incredible welcome, smiling team, loved the design it is very very classy but warm and comfortable. The restaurant ambiance at night is really nice, candles kind of lighting and a great looking bar. Breakfast was really really good, much above what you usually find in Paris. The bathroom and bedroom have a retro look but it s not gimmicky, it s very good quality. Feels boutique and authentic. Overall a very pleasant surprise, definitely going back

Great location in a vibrant Saint Germain area,close to all the tourist attractions.Hotel looks recently refurbished, Staff very pleasant,room comfortable(got free room upgrade)as we were staying 7 days. Hygiene and cleanliness at the highest level(bedsheets changed a couple of times during our stay).Good breakfast included in the room price.Small hotel but very well run and organised!

They took a deposit from my bank card as a security in the amount of 700 euro for 7 nights stay, but haven't received a refund yet.This wasn't indicated anywhere in hotel policy when we made a reservation.This should be highlighted upfront in terms and conditions so customers can see it when making a reservation,

Comfort of the bed, location, the Bar, the staff - all were all very good. Room service on one evening was delicious and the ambience of the hotel was lovely. We enjoyed the sauna!

On one afternoon when I needed to rest after an early start, the room was not cleaned until late afternoon and this was a little inconvenient. But this only happened on one day.

This hotel was my choice based on its comfortable walk from the Montparnasse train station. During my 5 night stay, a couple of staff members stood out as friendlier and more approachable, especially Richen at the morning breakfasts. He was always welcoming and cheerful. Also, the bartender who lives in Versailles was helpful sharing useful information. I appreciated the healthy choices at the breakfast buffet. Location of the hotel was near many Metro transportation (trains and buses) that made getting around Paris easy and also manageable to travel to nearby out of the city attractions such as Monet's home and gardens in Vernon/Giverny (worthwhile) and Versailles (massive crowds that felt not only unsafe to me but unhealthy as well). The nearby Bon Marche luxury department store, especially the food/market area, was definitely a feast for the eyes and a must visit experience.

My initial impression of the check in staff left much to be desired in the "welcoming" department. The reception/check in area is designed so that you must walk right past the 2 on duty staff members each time you enter or exit the hotel. Usually they were busy on their computers and offered no greeting or farewell unless I spoke first.

The service was excellent as were the facilities. I was nervous about the room size however upon arrival was pleased to find they were quite spacious (classic queen room). Room and bathroom lovely. Nice sheets and towels. Great bed and block out curtains. Excellent hotel service by cleaners, bar and reception. The gym and sauna were good. Would stay again and also recommend. We were able to store our bags on final day before going to the airport (check out 12pm and stored bags until 630pm). They do ask a deposit per night not initially listed however no issues providing it or getting it back. We will be back!

Cuboard space is limited but did the job for me and my boyfriend left his things in the suitcase.

The staff were excellent, from the moment they great you at the door until the moment you check out. We found this hotel to be in an ideal location. Perfectly situated near a few nice cafe’s and also right beside the metro which was ideal. Will be returning for sure in the not to distant future.
