Room was really good - newly repainted and bathroom newly made.

Somehow we missed information or information was missing that there’s ongoing repairs on the ground floor.

The hotel is situated in a pleasant area, a very nice and quiet neighborhood, with a view to the gardens of Luxembourg. Very nice as a romantic spot. The breakfast was excellent. It had everything we needed to start the day. Nice selection of breads, fruits, cheeses...

We liked everything. Really. We did have a bit of a hassle setting the air conditioning up sometimes, though. A manual could be provided to guide the visitors through the equipment, if needed. Ours would invariably go to a panel technically complicated to puzzle. Another thing is that we missed having a minibar in the room. We had to ask to the hotel to keep our wine bottle and cheeses in the hotel fridge one night. It was not a problem, the staff was always attentive and kind, however, having a minibar would have been better and more comfortable, for keeping cold our own bottles of water, for example.

The location of this hotel is fantastic: just a short two-minute stroll to the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens. While we were initially concerned about recent renovations and a wave of negative reviews, we were pleasantly surprised to find that only the lobby was still under construction during our stay. It didn’t impact us at all. Our room was clean, thoughtfully designed, and featured a charming little balcony with sweeping views over the Paris rooftops. It was the perfect spot to unwind. Each evening, we watched the Olympic balloon rise in the distance, which added a unique touch to the skyline. Though some guests have mentioned the small lift, we found it typical for Paris and not something to fuss over. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in the city.

Breakfast options looked a little lacking but other than that, the whole stay was excellent.

Wonderful location!!!! We loved being so close to the Luxembourg Gardens and to so many shops and bistros. We were able to get almost anywhere we wanted to go -- including the Latin Quarter, Notre Dame, and musee d'orsay -- by foot. Staff was warm, welcoming and totally accommodating. In typical Parisian fashion, rooms were very small but thoughtfully designed. Charming.

Lobby was under construction which led to a few minor inconveniences but nothing that made our stay less special.

Loved the hotel's location, cleanliness, decor, hospitality, and free wifi (included in the room rate). You have lovely staff. It would have been nice to have had a mini refrigerator in the room and a complimentary toiletry set. The room was in wonderful condition, with lovely furnishings, and though it was a small room, there was ample room for two adults. I loved the kettle, tea, and coffee that came with the room.

It would have been nice for breakfast to have been included in the room rate -- or at least one croissant per day. A mini bar and mini refrigerator would have been nice as well, in the room. I did not like that there were no hooks on the doors. I will have to travel with my own over-the-door hooks from now on.

The room is almost renovated. The bed and pillows are suitable for sleeping, the bathroom is nicely equipped and pleasant for showering. The room is small but well organized and has space for suitcases. We were on the sixth floor and it was quiet and pleasant for rest. The entrance part of the hotel is being renovated, but you can already see that the restaurant will be beautiful. The staff are friendly and very helpful with tourist advice. The hotel is literally next to Luxemburg Park and there are beautiful restaurants nearby and most attractions in Paris are accessible by foot or public transport.

The reception and restaurant were under renovation when we visited, but will be beautiful once finished.

We had a lovely stay at Hôtel Perreyve – Jardin du Luxembourg. The location is absolutely perfect—just steps away from the beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg and within easy reach of many Parisian attractions. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern, with excellent hot water and good pressure.

The only downside was the size of the room—it was very small, and as a couple, we found it difficult to move around comfortably. That said, everything else was excellent: the hotel was clean, quiet, and charming, and the staff were helpful and polite. A great option if you're looking for location, comfort, and value in central Paris—just be prepared for cozy quarters.

No fridge to keep drinks cold.

The location is perfect! It's right across the Luxembourg Garden, you can just grab your favorite bakery items from Boulangerie La Parisienne and go to the garden to enjoy the view and people-watch. There are numerous wonderful cafes and restaurants nearby, so make sure to explore the neighborhood. The staff at the front desk is very helpful and they will help you if you ask for recommendations for places to go in the neighborhood.

Although it did not bother me at all, there is a restoration going on at the hotel, so beware of that.

This was the smallest room I've ever booked, but it worked for us for the stay. It had a number of things going for it: there was a coat rack on the wall inside the door, which was handy, the closet was exactly the width of two regulation carry-on suitcases, and the bathroom was particularly handy for a traveler: convenient shelf beside the sink, plenty of places to hang a towel, bath/shower set up. The lights were convenient, there were plenty of plugs, and the housekeeping was thorough and seamless. The location is very good: Rue Madame is a quiet, residential street with several schools on it. We were just on the third floor and on the street side -- but we were able to sleep with the window open because the street is residential and quite quiet at night. During the day it's kinda loud, but not too bad. The hotel is one block from the Luxembourg gardens and an easy walk to everything in the 6th. The breakfast was quite good - basic french breakfast, but good. Desk staff were excellent.

Room was tiny. It was approximately 18 inches wider than the bed on all sides, with an extra 10-12 inches on the door side taken up by desk/closet. The shower had a small plexiglass shield that needed a gasket - it was hard not to soak the bathroom. There was no luggage rack, and would have been no place to put one if there had been one available.
