The location was fantastic. Metro 100 meters from the door. The staff was very informative and helpful after the check-in problem.

We were told we could check in at 2 o'clock. We arrived at 3:40 and still had to wait in the lobby until 5 minutes before 5 O'CLOCK. The reserved and verified room with 2 single beds was no longer available. The new room needed to be prepared with 2 single beds. We had to listen to 10 different excuses as to why the room was not available. From a new contract with a cleaning company to they have too much to do on weekends. 😞 Instead of giving us the key when it was finally ready, I had to listen to 10 minutes of excuses before actually being able to check in. I finally had to say STOP, "Please just let us into our room. You're wasting our time, and we would really like to enjoy Paris and not just your hotel lobby. "

Very good location, near Arc de Triomphe/Champ Elysee, with a convenient large underground parking nearby (although quite narrow) in case you have a car. By the way, pay attention to the parking name. Otherwise, you can end up in a very expensive one. Value for money was very good in our opinion, at least for our rates. Bathrooms quite large for central Paris :) Breakfast was decent, although nothing outstanding. Pastries could be better for Paris. Anyway, there are very good bulangeries in the area, so if you want to wake up early and have a walk in the neighbourhoods, without tourists crowds nearby you can buy also some high quality croissants, pains au chocolate, etcetera. Staff was very accomodating.

Honestly all was good. Now, it is important to understand we are talking about Paris central area, so expectations on rooms size should be realistic. Funny enough, we stayed in much smaller rooms in less central areas of Paris.

First of all, every single person in the staff was at the highest level of professionalism. The location is excellent, right near Arc de Triomphe and several restaurants and cafes. Most of the rooms are on the smaller size, but very nice, in excellent condition. The bathrooms are very clean and the shower pressure is excellent. Good breakfast as well. All in all, a very nice experience.

There is nothing I would change.

The property is in an amazing location 1 minute from Arc de Triumph, metro and Champs-Élysée. It’s a very simple hotel with literally just rooms and a small breakfast place, but we really just needed a bed at the end of the day. Reception Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The street is noisy and you can hear the disco on weekend nearby, there is also a restaurant underneath the hotel. You can hear the Metro rumbling underground. That said, it wasn’t that much of an issue as room has double-glazing.

I did not like the fact that we booked on line a queen size bed then to be told after it cannot be confiremed to you arrive as you may get two single beds i dont understnd this so i called your hotel and they said they would try howver they could not garuntee a queen bed, when we arrived everything was ok and we had queen bed, i think if you book with your wife to go to paris you do not want to sleep in single beds it does not make this a good stay, in futre we wont book unless we can be assured of a double bed. your staff were very kind and helpful and we did have a queen bed in the end.

The room was lovely, it was clean and housekeeping did a lovely job each day. There were nice shower minis in the room, and you do get a mini fridge, which they restock each day. The shower was amazing and the facilities within the room were really good, we had access to a kettle, coffee machine, hair dryer and safe. The staff were extremely friendly and spoke good English. They were especially helpful with parking our car, the next road along has really cheap parking otherwise without their help we would have paid a fortune on the street. Despite a few little things that were disappointing, overall it's a lovely hotel and we are so pleased that we found it, it so close to the arc de triomphe and you have so many choices for food and shopping just outside the door.

We asked at reception about the TV remote as it was not in our room when we arrived however we heard nothing more about this and had little control over the TV for the duration of our stay. There is not alot of storage space for clothes, for two people the wardrobe was definitely not big enough.

The Hotel is very new and has a classy touch! The beds were absolutely fantastic!! WIFI was nicely fast. The location is hard to beat, right at arc the triomphe with a virw on it an with Eiffel Tower visible from our room too. Great access to public transport and restaurants. Cheap parking closeby as well. We can only highly recommend! Unbeatable price

Great location, round the corner from the Arc of Triumph. Tube station almost by the door, connected to the complete city. Big size for Paris standards, two beds in separate areas, coffee and hairdryer in the room.

Nothing to complain about; the hotel is old and, even if renovated, it sometimes feels like it could use some maintenance, but overall it is perfectly correct for the money, Also, breakfast room is small, but comfortable.

The location was exceptional. Walking distance to train station , Arc De triumph and Champs De Elysees. Since I was traveling with family , the short distance to station was extremely helpful.

The room was small for 2 adults and 2 children. Although it had a sofa bed. The design of the room could have been better. Since we did not stayed in room for much of time , it was ok for us. The pictures are not representation.
