This hotel is ideally placed for travellers coming from or going to Gare de l’Est or Gare du Nord. It’s a pleasant area with plenty of local shops and food outlets. The hotel has obviously been renovated and it’s crisp, clean and modern. The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed, fabulous shower and a separate seating area with a sofa/day bed which might suit a child. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, making for a very pleasant one night stopover.

Absolutely incredible and luxurious hotel. Everything seems brand new from the SPA to the rooms. It is situated directly in front of the metro and the train station, but there is nothing you can hear from outside (not even police sirens) because it is so well isolated. The SPA is amazing and offers everything you need. I also had an incredible massage by Dimitri which cured my back pain. The room service is quick and the food delicious. The girls at the reception are amazing, super friendly. When I was in a rush when checking out one lady immediately recognized it and called another lady to do my check out procedure as there were some people in front of me. Felt absolutely safe in the area, even if I was a young woman travelling alone and you can reach every place super quickly. Will definitely come back!

A great little hotel! Decent sized rooms (keeping in mind for those who are used to North American sized rooms they are 'small') that are extremely functional. Ended up staying here as our train was cancelled and it exceeded our expectations. Two adults and a toddler in one room was squishy as we had a corner room, but still comfortable!

This was our 3rd stay at the hotel and if we didn't like it we would not have been on visit 3!! The hotel is very well fitted out - for our last two stays we had booked a room with two small lounge chairs for greater comfort. The rooms are quite compact but the design was good. There is a safe but no refrigerator. In 2 of our stays the room we selected had two single beds pushed together. If this arrangement is too tight it is possible to separate them slightly. The bathroom was well presented: top tiling & large shower, the only drawback was a non-swivel hand rose quite annoying to use. (There is a fixed overhead shower rose as well but they are not "our thing"). Breakfast was first class, extensive selection with friendly staff although the room is also very tight on a busy morning but the hotel renovation had to work within some existing wall restrictions etc including only being able to install one elevator which can be a nuisance at times. Also, in all our stays we had about 4 stairs to use before accessing our room. Being near a busy mainline station and metro can lead to some rough characters in the streets but we did not find it too annoying. We use the Gare de l'Est for travel into/from Germany so the location suited us, as well as the extensive restaurants available nearby.

Nothing really. Clearly being Paris you just have to accept the room price as well as the city tax!

The staff here was excellent and we had special requests like an ironing board and iron in the room and they were provided. They responded quickly whenever we asked for something. The beds and room were comfortable, there were tons of towels each day and the shower was really wonderful. The hotel is within two minute walking distance to the Gare de l'Est metro station and has many cafes down the street. There is also a pharmacy within a two or three minute walk.

Small things that were no huge deal. All but one of the trash cans had lids so you had to open it each time you had trash. The side tables on each bed were very small but there was a shelf above the bed you could put stuff on. The food at the restaurant wasn't great. There were no bakeries nearby but you could get fresh croissants at a little stand right outside the hotel.

I loved the staff and the decor, the location to the train station was great. My room was clean and kept that way with maid service..99% of the staff spoke fluent English and that was a real plus. And my view was stellar

The desk staff stated there was no concierge as stated on the website The room was very small considering it was a twin; and the closet space was minimal. The shower door should swing out rather than in to make entry to it easier. Mattress was not comfortable Noise level from outside was a bit much but that's a trade off for being close to a train station...the room stayed very warm to hot and air circulation was non- existent. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying there again despite the things I've mentioned

Good location for stations, various food options. 9 minute walk from Gare du Nord and metro station Gare de l’est literally less than 50yards. Lots of bars and places to eat locally. Good for walking to some local attractions too if you like walking around.

The room was far too small, 2 adults and 2 big suitcases in the small room. Not enough space to manoeuvre around, it almost felt quite claustrophobic at times. That was the only negative thing about the room!

We came for our honeymoon weekend and the hotel put some extra effort in preparing the room and offering us extra service. The breakfast was really, really good, with local products and fresh bakery items. The bed was comfortable and the sound and light insulation of the bedroom was one of the highlights, especially considering the central location next to the train station. The location was also amazing, easy to walk to the main sights and to take the metro.

We had a situation that in the middle of the night we had to leave the room for the a false fire alarm. The hotel managed that ok. For a hotel of this class and price, I missed hair conditioner and body lotion. Nothing that makes the stay less enjoyable.

Location is great, in-front of the hotel have bus stop and metro station, interior and bedroom are nice esp they have air-co which is perfect for summer and nearby also have pharmacy & supermarket & restaurants.

They gave 1 water bottle for two guest (which maybe 1 bottle per person is better?) & no fridge in the room. Had two single bed, but the size of their single bed bit too small. They gave us bad view from the bedroom (cannot really see Paris view) The sauna should’ve free maybe for guest who stayed for more than two days? Just an opinion :)

Clean, modern decor, very comfortable and welcoming. Great room - good size, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing! Location was excellent, good transport links including a metro right outside. Breakfast was good, a decent amount of options and nice restaurant environment.

The room wasn't very sound proof, it didn't help our room was near the lift and some noisy guests late at night.
