The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the property was clean and amenities modern, and there’s a good bakery and Japanese restaurant right in front of the hotel. If you walk a little farther to the left ir right there are lots of coffee shops and restaurants

It’s too far from the Eiffel tower. I spent 15 euros in Uber and 20 euros going back. I thought i could walk to Eiffel Tower but too far. It’s 15 minutes walk

Lovely hotel, my room had a view on Eiffel Tower which was a great bonus. 10-15min walk to the Tower Few shops and cafes near by. Great and helpful receptionist, he helped me to book the bus to airport and warned me about pickpockets in metro and to keep my passport and money in safe box and only to take small amounts or card with limit on it. Paris is no longer feels safe due to pickpockets. Room was comfortable for 1 person as room would have been tight for 2 ppl with luggage. Clean, quite, newly feel. Has elevator fits 2-3 ppl. I would stay again.

It would be usefull to have cattle, plates and cutlery in the room. They have coffee machine only.

We stayed at the Gustave only 1 night since we had an early flight out of CDG the next morning and what a pleasant surprise we had! We searched for a hotel close to the Eiffel Tower, and carefully took the time to read every review online. We only read great reviews about the Gustave which is not very common so we were a little skeptical at first but as soon as we arrived and were greeted by Yassin at the reception we realized that all the reviews were absolutely true. Yassin had a great attitude and superb customer service as well as the other staff members. The room was super clean and I must say, smelled amazing. The bed was confortable and the shower was very good too. The cherry on top was the view of the tower that made my wife very happy. Like everyone else said,it's just a short 15 min walk to the tower and the area is very safe. We reccomend this hotel and plan on staying there again in the near future. The decor was captivating and aesthetic. The facility gave French in a modern flare and it was beautiful. Great for pictures, the red room was my favorite. You all were amazing Maryann, Rachel, Hasan and others thank you for Making this trip nothing short of memorable.

Honestly, nothing. It was in a great location, the staff was super helpful, friendly and it was super clean, Maryann was phenomenal and she took care of a hard to deal with scammer for us long story just make sure Uber and don’t ride on the bikes w the baskets lol but everything was remarkable and I’d go back and choose Hotel Gustave every time.

Absolutely everything! The hotel & staff made my 40th birthday celebration trip an absolute pleasure from the polite & helpful staff to the decor/rooms/service just everything! It is slightly just outside of the ideal location but the value for money more than makes up for this, the hotel reception ladies helped with all our requests/taxis/restaurant bookings & even served as our official photographer! I will always be grateful for such a wonderful stay. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a partial Eiffel Tower view- the suite was on the smaller side but by Paris general standards it was huge! I’ve unfortunately forgotten the 2 ladies names on reception but they were so kind & helpful - would recommend this hotel to anyone!!! Xxxx

Walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Offers family rooms, convenience when travelling with small children. Nice petit boutique hotel, so not too many guests at same time. Housekeeping was superb.

Front desk staff underwhelming. Lady who checked us in didn’t even smile. There was no one to help with bags at check in. The pillows in the rooms are so tiny, they need to do something about that, a standard pillow should be 70cm at the least. Breakfast was nice on most days, but they ran out of certain things during breakfast time. I understand it’s a boutique hotel, but that needs to be managed better.

The location was absolutely brilliant, it was a 10-15 min walk to the Eiffel tower. We enjoyed the Eiffel tower at night and stayed out late because the hotel was so close. The train station (Dupleix) was a 3 min walk and along the way there were so many shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were very nice ,Marianne and Noa were both helpful, definitely made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean, nice clean towels, gets cleaned everyday. All in all would definitely come back and stay again.

Hotel was in the center of a lovely neighborhood and only a couple of driving minutes from Eiffel Tower. Very quiet street with a great takeout sushi restaurant and a wonderful bakery directly across the street. The staff was very friendly. Hotel was boutique style that I found on Tik Tok. The size of the room was smallish but typical for a non-chain hotel. Very stylish and comfortable.

Not an issue for me, but hotel elevator only holds 2 people and not very much luggage.
