Excellent location, just far enough from the centre of the city but great position for getting about. Hotel was clean, room was great size and really comfortable.

Only issue we had was the smell of smoking from people in the courtyard outside our room but this was only once and didn't last long.

The room had only an interior window facing a hallway in the hotel, which was designated for smoking. This was very unpleasant; I didn't like it at all. There was no "means" to displace the water on the floor in the bathroom

Great location with many options nearby including a metro stop very close to the hotel. The patisserie next door is a gem! The staff was friendly and the room was clean and well kept.

The rooms can be a bit noisy. The old style-elevator had a door slam that would wake me up until guests had all settled in for the night. If something could be done to keep the swinging door to the elevator from slamming so hard, it would be beneficial. Or pack some earplugs if you cannot get a room far from the elevator.

While the hotel is located far from the main attractions in Paris, it does have several redeeming qualities. The personnel were incredibly kind and helpful, which made the stay pleasant. The cleaning was impeccable, and the room was very comfortable, providing a great space to relax after a day of exploring. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a lovely neighborhood, which was peaceful and charming—ideal for those looking for a quieter Parisian experience. Overall, if proximity to top attractions isn’t a priority for you, this hotel offers excellent service, cleanliness, and comfort.

While the hotel itself was decent, the location was a major drawback. It’s situated far from the main attractions in Paris, which made getting around inconvenient and time-consuming. If you’re visiting Paris to explore iconic sights like the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, or Notre-Dame, be prepared for a lengthy commute. For a city like Paris, where location is key, I expected better. This would not be my first choice for a stay, especially if your goal is to be close to the top attractions.

Excellent staff who truly care about their guests. The elevator was out of service for several days, but we were informed about this a week in advance, which helped us prepare for the inconvenience. Upon arrival, we were gifted some candies, which was a very nice touch. The staff were always available, check-in was quick, and the employees were friendly. The breakfast was incredibly delicious.

A slightly small room

The location was good, near the metro station, lots of small restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean, many towels and sufficient amount of hygiene products in the bathroom. The bed was huge and the blanket big enough for two people. Complimentary tea and coffee in the room. The noise from other rooms was not heard. The noise from the street didn't bother us too much either. The breakfast was okay, but in order to have a better selection of food items, should have it earlier rather than later. The staff was very friendly and smiley. Overall a good experience, matches the 3-star-expectation.

The carpeted floor felt dirty, not comfortable to walk on barefoot. Understandable, though, as it's hard to clean.

For Paris, a very nice and calm location close to the metro, a small but a very nice and clean room and bathroom. Calm hotel,no noise problems from neighbouring rooms or those above. The mattress was comfortable. There is a small kettle in the room. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. We had a small issue with a shower drain but we were attended immediately. The staircase is not renovated but overall the hotel is a very good price for money and quality value.
