The bed was confortable, it was one of the very few hotels that had really made an effort to reduce noise from neighboring rooms, I liked the fact that I could open the windows. There was also a kettle and some coffee and tea. The location was also good, close to places with bars and restaurants but to supermarkets as well. There is a bus line just around the corner and the metro station is not far away. All in all, a hotel which can satisfy various needs. And the staff was really friendly and helpful.

Like in most hotels in Paris, the space is somehow limited. But, for one person with only a small suitcase or backpack, it's OK.

My partner and I spent three nights at the hotel recently. We were positively impressed with the facility and service. The hotel is located in a semi-residential area away from the tourist crowd yet close enough to reach all the major tourist destinations quickly. Close by, there is a really good selection of restaurants and bars. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was cosy, clean and comfortable, albeit a little small. I will definitely consider this hotel for my future stays in Paris.

Manager of the hotel Monsenior Frederic is very professional, was very attentive to the guests, and approached us well very professionally upon check out. During the check in we should have wait until hotel cleaned the room, but nevertheless we were pleased another day when we received a note on the desk where manager was asking how they could be helpful, was very nice of them, Hotel staff were lovely persons, friendly and supportive in all issues. Room was with big bathroom which is very unusual for Parisian hotels, We liked the truffles which the hotel each day was letting to the coffee staff- that was delicious and nice. Room was cleaned every day and towels were clean to breeze white.

Perfect location. Walking distance, near Effel tower, arc and palais des congres. Near the Victor Hugo Metro , nice restaurants are situated. Room with a safe deposit inside. Every day complimentary water bottle

For the price, the room is a bit too small Furthermore: the wardrobe is also small and this place is too warm inside (due to the fridge inside and the warm lamps)

The hotel was situated perfectly, it is just a little off the main roads so is more quiet yet in walking distance to all the amenities. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and pleasant at all times, it was very comfortable in all the areas that it offered and we will definitely stay here again. There are some great restaurants within minutes walk away.

Very nice hotel in a great location close to public transport options, things to see and great choice of restaurants nearby. Functional and clean room. Very friendly and professional staff.

The only thing we did not like was the airco that was not efficient enough to cool the room at night.

Fist of all, the hotel manager (incredibly friendly and always there to take care of the guests), secondly: staff again, then: location, good size room

All was good, the only downside was the vanity (sink); it had a spot of toothpaste on it (perhaps left unseen by the housekeeper).

The hotel seems either new or recently done up so the rooms and all facilities are shiny and bright. The breakfast meny has a lovely spread and the lobby has nice coves and private dining areas where one can sit and relax. The bathrooms are well facilitated and all amenities are available too. The location is a 15 min walk to Champs Elysées and also has quite a few Cafés and Restaurants in the vicinity

The day time staff could be more helpful. There was no one to help with bags at the entrance while alighting and getting into the cab . They also made multiple errors with billing and didn't seem to be happy to be corrected on it. When we asked for help with suggestions to local places they had no idea and couldn't redirect us to somone who could help either.

The very inportant fact that i have been charged twice for the same stay. I paid on the day of booking and saw a receipt but the hotel said it hadnt gone through so charged me again!!!!!

Location is good. not so far from the sightseeing place. and not so busy and noisy area. the room is also beautiful.

I am not sure how much price is the right price in Paris, but feel a bit expensive.
