Cleanliness - bathroom has some mold on the ceilings, breakfast was very busy we had to try on 3 occasions to get a seat and then wait for foods to be replenished. People were taking 4-5 croissants each!

Location close to train station, food and more. The friendly front desk was amazing. They are really nice and generous to borrow umbrellas too.

The room was little and the air conditioning didn’t work properly. Please include at the room - do not disturb signs because the house keeping comes in when we’re a sleeping. At the check out time please respect the schedule until 12pm. Other than that everything else works perfectly! Thank you!

The property was very clean, in a great area only a few minutes walk to the train station and some lovely restaurants close by. I also asked the staff before the stay if they could do anything for my partners birthday, they sorted a bottle of champagne, and a beautiful cake and also kept it a secret from my partner on arrival. Thank you so much!!!

The property is really close to train station and the rooms were decent enough for the price. The luggage storage was an added bonus. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants near by so there is something for everyone.

The hotel was not as clean as some of the other IBIS hotels that I have stayed. The breakfast had a good spread but was not worth the price. The room were small and are only good for 2 people so the extra bed option was not be a good idea.

I traveled with my mom for Christmas - it was her first time in Paris. The staff were amazing!! So lovely and very attentive. The breakfast was so good!! It was always clean and if you needed anything, you can just ask! We were also able to do late check out for €20 which made it even better! Oh and the location, buses and metro around the corner!

Room was functional, relatively comfortable beds and very good location. Price was very good and the hotel overall felt modern and nicely decorated. Room and hotel in general were clean.

Room was a little small, with no tea/coffee making facilities, though that is to be expected from a budget hotel. Initially there were no towels in the room, but this was resolved when we spoke to reception.

Excellent location close to Gare de l'Est, several métro lines directly around the corner. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Comfortable bed, large bathroom. And windows to the quiet court. Well organised luggage storage, though without elevator access.

Room was very small with rather low ceiling, OK for a single but wouldn't work for two. Rather expensive compared to other locations in the centre of Paris.

Very friendly receptionists, they make you feel very welcome - my French is non-existent - so this was great! Metro and buses are all around and it's very close to the train station. Walking distance to everywhere if you prefer to walk.

This hotel is perfect for a stay in Paris, it comes with comfort and good facilities and the staff is very nice. The breakfast offers many choices and delicious. The location is perfect for traveling and visiting Paris.

Very friendly staff, very clean and efficient. Very welcoming. The receptionist was great and accommodating. The personal note in the room from the manager was a nice touch.

Rooms a bit too small, ok for one night but if I had to stay longer it would potentially be an issue
