We loved the location of the hotel. The rooms were well presented and spotless. We really enjoyed the breakfast great options for either hot or cold food. The staff were excellent especially Matheus on the front desk who was welcoming efficient and friendly from the moment we arrived until we left. He also took the time to give us a tour of all the amenities the hotel had to offer. It was rare to receive such a personalised service which was very much appreciated.

The only small downside was the absence of a small fridge in the bedroom to keep drinks cold.

If I want to describe the hotel in a few words it would be - beauty, charm, and a warm, family-friendly vibe. The hotel is small and cozy and decorated in a modern style. Elle has its own decoration magazine so that explains a lot. The concept seems to be to offer a home away from home vibe to the visitor. Simple and elegant decorations with a seated lobby that has an amazing bookshelf from coffee table books of Parisian photographs to old copies of Elle magazines, one could just sit and immerse oneself and still have that exclusive Parisian experience. The room was small but comfortable, with comfy pillows. The bathroom was amazing with a huge bathtub and a rain shower. But the best thing about the hotel was the staff. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The hotel was in the perfect location (round the corner from the arc de triumph and close to the metro). Our room was stunning, clean, modern and spacious. We were visiting for our 10th wedding anniversary and we booked for champagne and rose petals to be in our room on arrival. As well as arranging this it was evident the hotel had upgraded our room which was a wonderful surprise and got our trip off to a great start. The staff on reception were extremely friendly and welcoming. It was perfect and we would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. Thank you so much!

Property is beautiful, from the front entrance and lounge area to the bedrooms. Although the basic rooms are small which is standard for Paris, the layout is well designed that it is comfortable to stay in. This is my second time at Maison Elle (within the year) and this time for my birthday, which staff took the extra time to acknowledge my return and birthday. They even had desserts and a small gift on my birthday which was lovely.

The room doesn’t have a mini bar or hot beverage services, only a Nespresso machine. So if you require a fridge or a kettle to make a tea there is none in the room. There is a barista coffee machine in the shared lounge/ breakfast area however there is a charge. Would be nice to use the barista machine/ teas for free since the service isn’t available on the room.

We had the most delightful experience at Elle Maison Paris Hotel! The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully designed. The location was ideal for exploring the city. A special thank you to Matheos, Marie, Angel, and Kevin, whose kindness and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. We’re already looking forward to coming back again soon. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris!

Great room, very clean, good breakfast!

While some stuff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the breakfast team did not want to speak English at all, even asked simple questions like “whats your room number in French?” As this was expected them to ask we assumed and answered but, when you even mention you don’t speak French they still repeat themselves in French. This is a hotel, accept the fact that tourists will be there….

Last call booking for a conference. Small hotel very close to the Arc de Triomphe, nice staff attitude, clean rooms, average breakfast. The price was ok for the time of the year and the location. Metro literally behind the corner. Interesting ELLE vibe regarding the decorations, lights etc.

Perhaps because the hotel is run by Elle magazine, the room and bathroom design was stylish and incredibly clean. The subway station was less than 5 minutes away on foot, so transportation was very easy. All the breakfast ingredients were fresh and delicious. I highly recommend trying the detox juice.

Clean, tidy, modern hotel in central Paris. Staff were lovely and it was convenient for shopping and the opera not far away.

Room was tiny (smaller than all others we've stayed in in Paris) with open plan and shower behind the bedhead. Oversized shower head looked good but was completely impractical for the tiny shower. Housekeeping attentiveness could be improved compared to where we stayed at the beginning of our trip in the 6th. Unfortunately the room wasn't well equipped, no fridge in the room even for milk and we had to ask for everything - from water to toiletries. We added breakfast for the convenience but it was very average - no fruit, no yoghurt, very limited selection overall. It advertised that they had a bar with service, happy hours and so on but in reality, just a small self-service bar in the library.
