The property is so chic. It smells beautiful upon arrival and is very clean and well kept. The location is superb, getting to and from ever via public transport was so easy, and it’s located right next to a major shopping mall (galleries Lafayette) and so many brasseries! Staff are so friendly and attentive!

The only thing I would keep in mind is that the room is quite small. It is truly enough for the specified number. We got a classic double and it was just enough for two or us. The bathroom is quite small, enough for one person at a time! It’s also located opposite some brasseries, so if your window is facing towards the street you will hear and see many people eating out after work. However, I feel like the blinds and windows are good at blocking out the noise, I’m a light sleeper and had no troubles!

Rooms are quite small but well equipped, very clean, modern decor. Beds are firm and room temperature good. Bathroom is small but water pressure is great. Toiletries in dispensing units & Paper cups provided. Check in process was quick and the Reception staff were super helpful with public transport and how to get to places. Metro station about 5 mins walk from the hotel. Breakfast - wide variety to choose from and starts at 6:30am.

The bath in the room is dangerously slippery and either a non slip mat should be provided or the bath should be coated with a non slip adhesive or non-slip strips.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, with convenient access to nearby malls and the metro, making it easy to explore Paris. Being so well-situated allowed us to maximize our time in the city, whether we were shopping or sightseeing. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. This was our second time staying here, and we were pleasantly surprised when the receptionist not only remembered us but also upgraded us to a suite! Their kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The warm, personalized service made us feel like valued guests. We loved everything about our stay. The combination of the hotel's prime location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service ensured that we had a wonderful experience. Without a doubt, we will be booking this hotel again on our next visit to Paris. It has become our go-to accommodation in the city, and we highly recommend it to others looking for a memorable stay.

While the rooms are on the smaller side, as is typical in Paris, they were well-appointed and comfortable. The size was more than compensated for by the charm and functionality of the space. The overall ambiance made it a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city.

Very friendly and helpful staff both house keeping and front desk

The fact that it's not mentioned anywhere on the website that the food on the menu is all refrigerated and then warmed up on order. Unless I missed it. At a place of rest and relaxation after spending the whole day discovering the city, one looks forward to just sitting in for a nice warm dinner and not have to think about where to eat out.

Breakfast blew us away. It was incredible. We are foodies and so for it to be so good, we really appreciated not having to worry thay we would start the day hungry. Staff were helpful and friendly and very efficient in the breakfast room. The reception staff were also great. The room was immaculate and we really loved the heart confetti on the bed when we arrived as we came for our honeymoon.

Our room was quite small but wouldn't put us off returning.

The hotel was close to absolitly a lot of things (good restaurants, the metro station, the train station, Opéra, Galleria Lafayette etc .) The sauna was hot, and relaxing, just the 2 of us used it. The gym is pretty, and usefull.

The hotel rooms are small, the temperature when we arrived was a bit chilly. The big Window looked at the inner garden.

The hotel was located in a wonderful area - close to the metro stations and surrounded by nice restaurants and near a beautiful shopping centre! The hotel itself was modern and clean and the staff were very helpful. I would recommend for a city break.

The bedroom was quite small for the price paid, in my opinion. We found it a tight squeeze moving around the bed and our luggage and was a little too small for us. However, the majority of the time we were not in the room so it did not bother us too much!

I really loved the breakfast! Fresh orange juice is something that drived me to start my day, and I liked that breakfast was up until 12 am (had a good rest)! Room was kept tidy and cleaned every day. The location was great, close to the main station knot of the Paris. Beds don't squeak.

The room had a low ceiling. For me it was alright, but if you are taller than 190 cm, consider that. Room is really tiny.

Everything went very well. The location was excellent and very central; easy to connect to other places and attractions

The room had a column extension right in the middle of the room which made it a bit awkward to walk round the room to avoid walking into it.
