The first thing that caught my eye was the size of the rooms, so spacious it was refreshing, the beds were extremely comfortable I could've easily spent the whole holiday in bed. The staf in all the departments were extremely friendly any corps, even managed to have a nice chat with a few of them, The amazing chamber maids cleaned on a daily basis, it was so nice to come neck to a freshly made bed and a clean bathroom with fresh towels on a daily basis. The location was something else, right in the heart of the mall with great transportation links to the whole of Paris and to Disneyland.

The carpets in the rooms need vacuuming I didn't feel comfortable being in the room without wearing slippers, there was dust and cobwebs in the room when we checked in...I think this is just because the domestic staff don't have enough time to do a full clean between guests. however as soon as I bought this to the attention of the staff they couldn't have been more helpful and it was fully cleaned.

The hotel was conveniently located for me as I had an event that was a walking distance from the hotel. The surrounding area was bustling with life with lots of places to eat and outlets available in case you want to do a bit of shopping. And the metro is right outside the hotel so getting to the city centre is super easy. The staff was super helpful and so nice. The room was spacious and comfortable, especially for a solo traveler like me.

This hotel is very nice ! The facilities are amazing and the rooms are incredible, with a special mention to the bathroom and the bed that we really enjoyed. The location, in the heart of La Defense is perfect, and very easy to access with public transportation or taxi.

We had some alarm testing during our stay, that was unexpected, and that woke us up from our nap. It would just have been great to be informed about it in advance. Nothing bad to say besides that !

The location of the hotel was magnificent , with excellent access to shopping center ( Mall ) and many excellent restaurants . The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect .

Good location close to la defense Paris business district. West one shopping centre is just a stone's throw away so plenty of restaurant options if you fancy dinning outside the hotel. Good location for business travellers. Breakfast menu was good. Over all the room was spacious and clean. Stay was quite comfortable and staff was quite helpful.

The hotel was great, I stayed with my mum and we had a family room. The beds were really comfortable. Staff were really friendly and made suggestions when we needed help. Great location with easy metro access.

I am a coeliac and there was very little on offer at breakfast.

I was not impressed about the breakfast. The choice is very poor. An I was forced to exit the room at 10:30 not allowing to enjoy the morning by myself with the son. I just wanted to stay a little more without serving something.

Clean, tidy and friendly. Food was reasonable and the room decor was smart and adequate for a family of 3 persons.

Bed squeaked the whole time and the drinks were expensive. Still waiting on my Hilton points to be redeemed.

I like the location very much. I like that it is in the mall and it is near the train stations.

The access to the street was hard so we had to drag our luggage very far from where the taxi dropped us. And we had to walk with our luggages to pullman hotel to get an Uber to the airport.

Hilton rooms are perfect in size, and quality. the staff was helpful and polite in general, and the service in the restaurant is perfect.

first: Room does not have a garbage basket in the room. only a tiny one in the toilet. second: breakfast was not up to the limit or expectations as per my history with this hotel in previous stays. they removed a lot of items such as smocked salmon and different types of cheese. third: hotel to airport transportation: two different prices given to me by the reception guys, and once arrived at the airport the higher was asked to pay in cash. No credit option. I did not expect this from Hilton, and I expected to pay it in credit on the hotel bill. one it was not added, I thought I will pay it in card at the airport.
