My partner and I like mostly everything about the hotel. Lovely staff, its in a good spot for Disneyland, its in walking distance of bus stops/ubers and taxis arent too expensive since its close. When the WiFi wasn't being weird it worked great. The room was great for a 4 night stay in total, very clean and comfortable. Great options for breakfast and affordable.

THEY WILL COME IN THE ROOM...even when do not disturb sign is on because apparently people leave them on after they check out so cleaning staff help themselves, that was our least favourite part, you can lock the door though. It was not in walking distance of anything apart from a bus stop and then I suppose once you got the bus you can navigate quite well. I had to continue to log in to the WiFi, the morning I left I had to log in twice within an hr and I didn't leave the room, you would think it would stay connected, it could have been my phone, not sure.

We really liked the hotel. The rooms were clean, simple, and comfortable. It was good value for money, and the staff were very nice too. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast buffet. The hotel was easily accessible by bus from the Marne-la-Vallée - Chessy train station.

Although it is easily accessible from the train station and Disneyland, the bus ride will take approximately 40 minutes. The room did not have a kettle or a coffee machine; however, you can purchase coffee from a machine in the hotel for a fee. It would have been nice to have a water dispenser available as well.

I loved the comfortable beds, general cleanliness, water pressure, daily cleaning, and the fact the door used a code so you didn't have to worry about losing a card or key.

The lack of standard options for breakfast. Everything seemed like it ran out quickly and wasn't topped up for the people yet to eat. Plates were very small but when you went for seconds, there was not alot of food left. We visited disneyland so needed a substantial breakfast. Also transport options were limited due to the new building location.

Bed was super comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. Clean throughout.

Very basic, nothing but some shower gel and a hairdryer in the room. The housekeeping knkocked on the door at 9am for some odd reason, I did not appreciate that. Very slow check in and they lock up all access to the grounds at 23:30 and you have to call the 24/7 reception, This is odd if they have 24hour reception in place anyway. No key cards or keys to enter the room, you have to input a 6 digit number in your door, not ideal.

Perfect breakfast, super comfy bed. Great water pressure and great room size. The room was overall clean and the staff were always nice and available. The bus for Disneyland is 6min walking distance, and the bus back runs until late so you don't have to worry about leaving the park late and not have transportation.

I believe the room floor could be better cleaned, and I found hairs on the feet towel in the bathroom. Everything else was great and like I said, overall clean.

The hotel located very close to shopping mall and disneyland. parking free in the shopping mall and travel with RER only 2.50 per person to Disneyland. It is brand new hotel. everything is clean and new. staff is friendly also.

The parking cost 10 euro per night was not mentioned during booking process. The room was very warm, a bit too warm during sleeping. The shower has no shower curtain or door. Would be better provide 2 bins in the family room. with one small bin it is not enough.

Great location and super clean. We stayed as part of a large group traveling on to Disneyland the following day, all 19 of us arrived back to the hotel quite late after spending the day in Paris - the adjoining restaurant couldn't accommodate us for dinner so the hotel staff offered to make us all pizzas! We sat in the reception area, all children were offered a juice and the pizzas were all incredible!

Circumstancial, but the elevator did not go to the parking lot - however we were compensated for this so wasn’t a problem at all. Breakfast on the monday and tuesday was a bit more scarce, but we could still eat well.

Great location. One bus to Disney land. Bus stop is right outside the hotel. Room is big and clean. And very new. Staff were friendly and smiling.

The curtain has a gap that failed to block the light completely. There was a big light on top of the roof during the night. To the small bed right beside the curtain. It is a little problem to me.

The room was spacious, spotless, and everything in it was brand new. The hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland. Although breakfast wasn’t included in our booking, the staff was incredibly kind—they noticed us having coffee and generously offered complimentary croissants to everyone in our group.
