Metro station and Disney land is faroff around 10 Kms not as close as appear in description

The staff was very professional and supportive. The breakfast was awesome, a lot of choices and the quality is top notch. The pool and spa are also excellent and not too crowded. The Paxton also has great bowling and billiard, so if the weather is bad, there is always something to do. Don’t forget the free shuttle bus to the station. It makes it so easy to go to Paris city or Disneyland.

The sofa bed was outdated and the hotel should invest in better sofa beds. Our room had a foul smell and we could not identify where it came from. As we spent most of the time outside, we did not bother to tell staff. I am sure they would have resolved it. Also, the WIFI did not work, we just could not connect, but that did not bother us as we had 5G.

Great facilities, and a very good breakfast. The service from the staff was excellent during our stay. Our whole family enjoyed everything about the place. Great location for a Disney visit if you have a car. We had two adjoining rooms, which made the whole family experience so much better. There is a good restaurant on site, and the menu had something for everyone. It was great also to have the bowling alley next door, just as an extra entertainment for the kids. The swimming pool and spa were also excellent. The hotel is allso only 5 minutes by car to the RAR A train station, which takes you straight to the middle of Paris in about 35 minutes. It was very easy to do, even with 2 kids. Would definitely stay again.

First and foremost, the Customer Service is excellent . A 3 nights stay that started on a wrong foot took a positive turn with Eva (Guest Relation Manager & Elhadji (night Auditor) .they both have shown professionalism and passion for their profession and respective post in tackling the issue. I am taking this opportunity to wish them all the best in their endeavours. The buffet breakfast was excellent and so was the Italian restaurant . The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful garden and is practically 10 minutes walk to the train station and metro though the hotel provides free shuttle . I strongly recommend this hotel to any person who is visiting Disney . I have had with my family a beautiful experience

Very good breakfast. Perfect location for Disneyland. Friendly staff. Very clean and mostly comfortable.

Nobody told us, nor were there any instructions in the lift, saying you needed to swipe your room key card to make the lift work. After a very long journey to get there, it would have caused a lot less stress had we known. Another guest told us what we needed to do after the doors just kept closing and opening several times, and we hadn't moved! Staff were very good at servicing the rooms. However, one morning, someone knocked on the door and walked straight in before we could even get to the door, and our daughter was sitting on the bed drying from just getting out of the shower. Please, at least wait for a response before letting yourself in! And please get some china cups and tea spoons in the rooms!! For such a lovely hotel, paper cups and sticks really let's it down!!

Breakfast had many options - cooked, cold meats, pastries, cereal, pancakes, juices and hot drinks. Bowling alley in the next building was a bonus. Walking distance to restaurants and RER

Restricted pool times for the kids - either only very early morning or then late afternoon. Overpriced restaurant. Kitchenette in our room that had electric hob and microwave but no dishes, cutleries, etc - so it was pointless to have it. AC did not work, the room was extremely hot, luckily the windows opened so we were able to cool it down early in the morning and then in the evening.

I like how the hotel gives a peaceful vibe and family friendly. It's very helpful that they have shuttle service and the driver of shuttle are very nice and respectful. Easy exist to train station. Only two stop to Disneyland. The breakfast is very good my kids enjoyed a lot . They have everything for everyone's liking . I really recommend this hotel for who wants a calm stay .

The carpet in the room which we stay in is old and has smell, so every time when I turn of the ac the smell gets stronger.

Good location for Disneyland Parris, Good breakfast, nice swimming pool, and gym facilities.

Don't bother with the hotel arranged transport to Disneyland, the staff said it starts at 09.00hrs, but we was still waiting at 09.40, having asked the staff what time it would arrive, they replied " just wait outside it will come" We decided to take the car in the end as we didn't wish to waste any more time waiting for the bus to come. PS, the bus will only take you to the metro station, and then it's 2 stops on the train o Disneyland PSS, it's cost €30 per day to park your car at Disneyland. Overall the staff were fantastic and I would 100% stay here again.

The duplex apartments were great for spacious feel. The pool was lovely, and during school holiday time, they extend their children swimming hours. Sometimes (late evening) it’s adults only, FYI.The hallway carpets were a little tired / faded but the hotel generally felt very fresh and modern. Loved having a fridge in the room. They had a hob etc also but we didn’t use that as we only stayed for one night pre Disneyland. Super close to Disneyland, only 10 mins in the car.

No complaints, it ticked all our boxes.

The hotel room is nice and roomy for 3. The breakfast spread is superb. There is a pool and sauna nearby, also a supermarket/gas station about 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Just a slight irritation, I booked the hotel because I read that there is a shuttle to the train station, but apparently this is no longer offered. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the station but you would have to cross a highway. So we used Uber to go to the train station~ about 12 -13 EU per trip. Uber to disneyland is also less than 20 EU. So it was still okay. Paris Central is about 45 to 1 hr away
