Great location in the 13ème arondissement right near the Olympiades metro stop. My room had air conditioning, a spacious shower, and a TV. The bed was comfy, the room had good warm lighting, and both bedside and reading lamps were provided. The staff were extremely friendly and did all they could to help with any requests I had, including printing boarding passes when my phone broke, providing a wake-up call, and calling me a taxi.

Some rooms of the hotel (mine included) overlook the main street and there is therefore some noise from the bar right below. However, the bar closes at midnight, so this shouldn't be a problem for most guests.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious. Staff quickly arranged a handyman to fix my car, allowing us to leave on time. Reasonable price. Excellent location in the heart of Paris. Parking available for €30 a night.

Room had no kitchen. Due to renovation: No breakfast was available. It was not possible to prepare food. Guests had to use stairs up to the second floor, then an elevator to the fifth, and stairs again to reach the sixth floor where the room was. The lift was located behind the room and could be heard all the time, which was disturbing.

I stayed only over the weekend, but what is great about this hotel is the location. Just 5 mins walk from Olympiades station, the line goes directly to Orly airport. Very convenient. The district is quiet and feels safe. We - 2 girls - were ok getting back to the hotel late at night. Good places for breakfast and some other food are nearby. Room was like you expect in a good hotel )) Everything was there.

There is some construction and repairings on site. And the elevator isn't working, but there were emails with this information before the arrival, so I knew beforehand. And I didn't hear any noise. So not a big deal.

The receptionist was incredibly nice. Everyone was so responsive to our needs and they went way beyond our expectations on how good they are prepared for parents travelling with babies. They had bottle warmers, shower seats, games and much more already prepared in the rooms.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, there was a little couch that turned into a single bed, they offer a little coffee station in the room, there is a separate dedicated room in the hotel for ironing, great location less than 5 minutes walking from Olympiades. The staff was friendly..

There was not an elevator available for the first two floors - the elevator starts on floor 3. The shower was missing one of the sliding panels so I wasn't able to close the shower completely. There wasn't any shower gel in the dispenser.

Room was near clean and hygienic small but cute and comfortable for a couple .Location of the hotel is very good near by is Carrefour and metro station for tourists to plan the day . All in all was quite good stay there.

There was by default no complimentary water , probably not common in Europe but water is a basic need for anyone anytime , a very small bottle of water with 3 times price was placed in fridge but wasn't happy about it . Cleaning service though was not perfect could have been a bit more better .

Friendly accommodating staff , Lifts to all floors and air conditioning works well ! Mini fridge & coffee making facilities. Very clean & bathroom well equipped with very lovely shower soaps & beautifully laundered towels. I was also able to borrow an adapter!

Maybe a little far from Metro ! Hotel is 18 min walk from place d’italie! direct line from Gare du Nord !

The place was undergoing reconstruction at the time but for a 1 night business stay in the area it seemed more than sufficient. It is about 30 mins from the main Gare de Lyon train station and I walked both ways easily. The staff was very very nice and accommodating during my check in / check out and all queries.

Due to reconstruction there was no breakfast offered so I went to the nearby bakery in the morning.

Very nice hotel easily accessible by the Metro. There was some renovation going on so some parts were blocked but the rooms were great. Relatively spacious for Paris. Extremely friendly staff and good value for money at the dates we stayed.

Not much really. There was some renovation going so the hotel was not serving breakfast but that was never in our plans.

Our room was much larger than others we had experienced in Paris. It was absolutely spotless and had been recently renovated, judging by the bathroom fixtures. The beds were comfortable and the street was quiet. The breakfast was good and offered a wide array of choices.

We visited in August and, while the hotel does have air conditioning, it was very weak. We were on the top floor so felt comfortable opening our windows while we slept. However, had we been on a lower floor and felt we needed to close the windows at night, we would have been uncomfortable. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood and enjoyed a couple of very good restaurants close by. The neighborhood is, however, quite far from the center of Paris.
