Amazing location. A pleasant option to use the hotel transfer to the beach. The hotel has a dedicated section on the beach with umbrellas for hotel guests. The pool at the hotel is very large and clean. The food is absolutely amazing. For breakfast there is a great selection of delicious and fresh food, great cakes and pastries. Even the staff will fix you a fresh coffee at the bar in the morning. I recommend ordering with half board, dinner was served 4 course menu. Excellent choice of Apulia cuisine. Every night we tasted a bit of southern Italy. We had an amazing time staying here

This is a lovely hotel. Our room was on the third (top) floor. It was adequate, not large, but had a huge sunny veranda overlooking the pool. Breakfast was reasonable. We used the restaurant each night which had a 4 course set menu which varied each day. On all occasions it was excellent and very reasonably priced. The hotel is about 1 km from the port and old town. You could walk but the road is a goat track. We chose to drive down town and park in a designated parking area near the castle. Finally the pool! Absolutely superb. The best I’ve seen in any hotel in Italy.

The hotel comprises multiple buildings all interconnected at different levels. There are lots of stairs and multiple elevators. Just finding your room is a challenge. After we checked-in, we were escorted to our room as the Receptionist knew we would have no hope of finding it. 🤪 Btw, we are from Brisbane Australia. I have no idea what \n\n is that Booking.com persists in using. 😡😡

The hotel appears new, with a southwest US design. The common areas are very beautifully designed both inside and out. Our room was lovely and large enough for 2 people. Breakfast was good, something to eat for all. Easy walk into town. From what I could see, I think it is the nicest hotel in Otranto!

The breakfast although good would be more special if there was made to order eggs or an omelet station. The hotel has a lot of steps. That may be an issue for some. There are of course elevators.

Beautifully situated, spacious bedrooms with balcony, large well maintained swimming pool, very good breakfast with lots to choose from. We ate in the hotel restaurant for two nights,the daily menu gave three choices for each course, excellent quality with attentive staff. A great shuttle service to a local beach with all amenities well worth a visit.

The bar facilities were not to the standard expected, the only bar regularly open was the pool bar next to the restaurant that insisted on supplying drinks in plastic cups,during the day around the pool this is acceptable but in the evening by the restaurant area, to have cocktails and other drinks served in plastic is not acceptable. It would have been good to have more than four coat hangers per bedroom.

Wonderful staff, extremely friendly and most have a decent level in English. Umberto is by far the most wonderful waiter we ever had in a hotel stay! Also, by far the best food we have ever had in a hotel.

Prices of food & drinks inside of the hotel are too expensive compared to the area (city & hotels) in Italy. Also, comfort of relax chairs at pool could have been better - some were quite old.

Location was excellent to visit Otranto, beautiful town with its harbor, beach and small shops and restaurants. Breakfasts and evening menus were excellent, cooked with care, love for traditional dishes. Special thank you to Carmen and Matteo for their friendliness. The cleaning ladies did a fantastic job. Our room was always spotless. Airco worked well. Hotel parking always available. Location was excellent to reach surrounding beaches and towns. Supermarkets in the neighborhood. Little gem in town the White House Restaurant! We recommend visiting Santa Maria di Leuca!

Our biggest complaint was the extremely tiny and outdated shower where you could hardly turn without bumping your elbows, certainly for a 4-star hotel that claims to be the biggest Spa wellness resort in the whole region! Our room was located at the very end of the resort and we had to walk many stairs in a labyrinth to get there. The staff at the reception was a little too formal at check in and check out. Ordering at the swimming pool was quite a task...bar was mostly unattended due to the fact that the only bartender had to deliver room service.

Lovely hotel. Nice staff and not far from the centre. Breakfast was good, with varied range of food items.

The walk into the town is not well lit from the hotel. The option of a Tuk tuk would be a good addition. There isn’t an option to have an outdoor cocktail in the evening. The only thing you can get is from the pool bar served in a plastic cup. The hotel could really do with a nice outdoor bar area in the evening.

The location was great, the staff were really lovely.

The bed was hard, the minor details were lacking, I was not aware the water put in your room was chargeable, the shuttle to the beach and the sun bed were chargeable. I had no issue paying for them it would have been nice to know before so you could choose.

Modern stylish facilities. Excellent bedroom and bathroom. Lovely Spa. Great reception staff.

The buffet breakfast was slow. Not self service. The waiters were rude and their sole aim seemed to prevent us getting the food and drinks we wanted. They were surly and frankly very rude. They need to go on a customer service course. Very disappointing. I mentioned this to reception but they didn't apologise or offer compensation

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Pool area was very nice, garden areas and walkways were well maintained and beautiful. Breakfast was good, personnel was helpful, bikes were available 10€/day.

We tried dinner one evening, but found the restaurants in the city better
