We spent 14 wonderful days at Dimora San Giuseppe.Our superior room was on the first floor. The room was silent, spacious, and with all the necessary facilities.The king-sized bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was great with quality food, daily baked fresh cakes, and a varied choice of sweet and savoury options. Great central location, helpful and professional staff. A special thanks to Adele and her colleagues in the breakfast room and the cleaning staff that left always our room spotless. I could not recommend this hotel more for your stay in Otranto, and we will certainly return.

We could not find any faults

This hotel was fantastic! So pretty, breakfast is delicious, and the people were so helpful and nice. We stayed in a lot of airbnb's and hotels on our trip and this was the first one with AC that really worked well and a comfy king bed! It was 97 degrees outside so I cannot emphasize the AC enough. Location was great, quick little 5 minute walk to the main stretch. Parking was super easy and only 6 euros a day!

They had quite a big daily city tax on the room, I'm not sure if that's an Otranto policy or because of their spa facility, but it was like 40 euro a day. Our airbnb taxes were one euro per person a stay so it was a little unexpected.

Wow, what a spectacular place beneath the walls of old Otranto. Celebrating our anniversary on our own bike tour, the receptionist greeted us as if she knew us. Shortly after check-in there was a knock on our door with a chilled bottle of Prosecco, two glass glasses, and a beautiful tray of fruits for an anniversary appertivo. So nice. The location was excellent. The breakfasts fresh, varied and delicious. And all the staff made us feel so welcome. We even splurged for massages. Can’t imagine a better place in Otranto.

The room with private courtyard 2 comfortable chairs, curtains for privacy. The best breakfast in 8 weeks travel. The lift. English spoken. Simone, the Manager was so helpful in sorting out hassles with an airline ticket, and problems with booking. com 10 mins easy walk to old town. Beautiful old stone farmhouse converted into Boutique Hotel. Best accomadation in 8 weeks travelling Italy.

1 small thing Was when staff cleaned upstairs rooms, they dragged the heavy chairs on the balcony round Creating lots noise fairly early in the morning. But very minor annoyance

Absolutely fab hotel, 5 minutes walk from old town so lovely and quiet. Very pleasant and helpful staff and breakfast was really good. Spacious room and bathroom (we chose superior room on ground floor) and travelled early October 2023 when weather was glorious!

Nothing to complain about apart from perhaps a proper cup/mug for tea in the bedroom rather than paper. I'm sure they would have obliged had we asked though!

The room was nice but the kind staff, spa experience and location were perfect. We even had help from the staff when we couldn’t get a ride back to our next hotel the day after we checked out! We are forever grateful for their kindness and for making our trip extra special. We will be back ❤️

Not as I was imagining with the pictures but was the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful but small and they don’t have the parking there. But you can unload your things and park on the parking close by. It’s walking distance from good restaurants and the historic downtown.

No parking and no pool, breakfast was not included but we could add and it was delicious

Great staff, fabulous breakfast, we were worried about parking our safely nearby, but the hotel has an amazing deal with Renis carpark just round the corner, super friendly and really safe. And my wife said she had the best manicure and pedicure at the hotels spa

Great location. lovely staff. Very large room and bathroom. Big comfortable bed and lots of pillows. Excellent WiFi. All modernised to a very high standard while maintaining original features.

A minor quibble but not sure what can be done about it. I was in an Executive room, below the breakfast area, and from 7.30 sleep was pretty difficult because of chairs scraping across the stone floor. Perhaps rubber feet?

The room and, ensuite were very easily accessible and attention to detail in design was very welcome. Location of the hotel was excellent, less than a 5 minute stroll to the castle, and historic centre.

We were kept waiting on arrival to check-in. One member of staff was on the phone for quite a while. Other staff on desk were unable to check us in.
