We booked a studio for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. First of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival, we received a very informative introduction, including a map and a document with recommendations and a 5-day guide for exploring Rome. This was extremely useful and helped us plan our trip efficiently. The room exceeded our expectations—it was even better than described on the booking site. It had the quality of a hotel room, complete with a well-equipped kitchen. The space was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Towels and linens were changed daily without us even having to ask, which was a nice touch. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Giara, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to others!

We chose this place just outside of historic Rome because of the free parking and proximity to public transportation. The city bus stop was half a block away and took us to the interesting parts of Rome, nearby Vatican, and on to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. It also stopped down the hill from the hotel at the metro. Beside the metro was a new shopping center with a full grocery store on basement level and cafés on the top level. We had a kitchenette in our studio so we purchased eggs, fruit, and breads at the grocery store for breakfast. The room was nice with a balcony overlooking a courtyard. It was rather cold at night so the front desk brought us blankets immediately upon request. An added bonus was on- site laundry. The desk changed our Euro bills for coins.

The hot beverage machine in the lobby served only 4 ounces of cappuccino, so be prepared to buy 2 (coins only, no bills or credit card). There is no elevator, but we easily climbed the three flights to our room.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in June at this delightful apartment! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and cosiness of the accommodation. It felt like a true home away from home. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, dining, and public transportation. What made our stay even more special was the exceptional service we received from the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful, but we have to give a special shoutout to Francesca. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing us with local tips and recommendations. Her kindness and attentiveness made our stay truly memorable. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay with outstanding service. We will definitely be returning for our next visit!

We highly recommend this apartment so close to the Vatican and yet reasonably priced and full of good service and clean facilities. Sam and his team are totally focused on treating their guests as visiting family. The rooms are very clean and spacious; the kitchen and laundry facilities are handy if needed and the secure parking very wecome considering the challenge of Roman driving. The 495 bus starts at the front door and runs you into wherever you need to go. The metro is close by too.

It’s restaurant is under development. Will be even better to return to when finished.

The Apartment was extremely clean. Fresh Towels every day and Beds made every day were a joy to come back to. We were offered the choice of 2 Apartments either the pretty courtyard with Fountain or the enclosed ground floor Apartment. The location is 2 mins from a Bus stop which goes straight to the centre and loops everywhere & takes just 15 minutes . The Head Receptionist was lovely & v helpful. Great choice for couple or family.

Shower attachment needs a bit of TLC just to secure it . Works well though.

The property had parking, which is hard to find in Rome, and it was conveniently located near the city center. Being on the ground floor made it easy to carry our suitcases. The staff was super friendly, kind, and very helpful; when my taxi app didn’t work, they ordered us a taxi. Upon arrival, they provided us with a map and sent a PDF with their restaurant recommendations, including amazing gluten-free options!

The property was quite damp, which I’m not sure was due to the location or the weather in Rome at the time. This was particularly inconvenient in the bathroom, where there was no window or ventilation. Additionally, the kitchen lacked a dishwasher, which is typically standard in many accommodations.

The location is a bit far from the centre, but it has good connection to bus and metro stations. You could be in the centre of Roma in 15mins. Our room was very spacious it had everything you might need. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful on to informing us where to go ans what to see. Everyone spoke good english so there was no problem communicating. Another thing that was very rare when you go to touristic cities was that it had free parking right in front of the property, there is plenty of space for cars. Highly recommended!

The wifi could have been better and a smart tv would have been nice - but yet again this is Rome there is so much to see there!

Excellent customer service. Our flight was due to arrive after midnight so even though the reception would be closed at that time, the hosts went out of their way to film a video with check-in instructions for how we should find our specific room that made everything much easier. Then at check-out, the gentleman at the reception spent a lot of time willingly giving us lots of details about how to spend the rest of our day, acting like the perfect tour guide for us. It was also very convenient that they had bus tickets on sale at the reception.

We had booked a room with a bunk bed and my daughter was very disappointed to see that was not the room we were assigned. We did not have the chance to ask for a replacement as we arrived after hours. We also found out afterwards that kids at the age of 6 do not have to pay the city tax whereas we were charged for that for the child too.

Very clean rooms. Fully equipped kitchen facilities. Reception staff among the most helpful ever encountered. Very comfortable beds. Great value for money. Would love to visit again. The room thermostats were great too. Fresh coffee machines with exquisite Italian ginseng chocolate espresso ;) Also: rooms are very new. Probably less than a few years. Typical old Italian style building, with pleasent view on urban neighbourhood and cute little street. Bus stop <1 minute away. Don't let the negatives dishearten you, this hotel is 100% recommended.

The neighbours. Unfortunately, we encountered some very loud hotel guests who routinely shouted in the corridors at 2am, and 4:40am... This is just bad luck, and after asking them politely to keep more quiet, they also complied. I'm also sure that the receptionists would have given us other rooms if we would have asked. Also the toilet/shower light is motion activated, so you need to keep moving while using the toilet/shower. The heating is a bit loud sometimes.

1. Pet friendly with reasonable extra charge . 2. Video camera guarded parking , not reserved parking but easy to find ( during my winter stay ) 3. Super friendly and helpful staffs , they are all nice ! Cannot lower than 5 stars ! 4. Easy check in and check out 5. City tax can be paid with credit card 6. Location: to city center and Vatican within 30 mins by metro which is the best in Roma ( you cannot drive to Roma center without some criteria rules and licenses )

1. A little bit noisy because the door is not sound proofed 2. Public kitchen and other guest ate my food, fruits and drunk my apple cider
