Location I mistakenly rated this hotel, thinking it was another one in Barcelona. Hotel was nice, friendly staff, nice rooms. Breakfast was nice for 20 euros per 2 people. We had dinner once in the restaurant. For Rome kitchen it wasn't too inspiring. Kinda of a dirty surroundings, outside of the hotel, but 2 great restaurants within minutes of walking. Also easy to access the downtown by bus and subway.

I wish outside surroundings were cleaner.

I like the room, the food and some of the staff. Value of money was good.

The hotel location was a bit of a strange place, If you came home by bus at the evening it was difficult to find the hotel ,because there were no lights at the pathway. It was pretty scary between the bushes at night. At the bar the waiter made us wait very long, more than 15 minutes(not the wine bar part)., on the next day we went to another place to eat.

The hotel reception was very helpful and accommodating, the room was very nice.

This hotel could use a small shop to buy some travelling essentials, as there is nothing close by if a guest is out of something.

The bed was dirti and the blanket was old and dirty.

The bartender was very friendly and kind. Enjoying delicious cold cuts and cheese and mixed drinks at the pool. Big pool with both shallow and deep ends equally split. Our room was spacious with a roomy balcony overlooking the pool. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Bathroom was roomy, water temperature was good. Nice to be able to watch youtube. Many outlets in the room. Not having to bend down to access the fridge. Clothes drawers. Plenty of desktop surface to lay items down on. Large windows.

Scary elevator (door bangs open each time, enough to shake the cab). Lack of full restaurant in hotel, and poor choices immediately in area. Scary walk to get to Old Wild West restaurant. Almost an hour wait in the lobby to get our room despite arriving just past check-in time, then being given a key to a still occupied room. Hard mattress and flat pillows. Sink faucet too close to drain. Front desk men looking stressed and too busy looking like they are putting out fires; lacking kind and warm manner when I approach the counter with an issue or questions.

We had a great time and the staff were very friendly and accommodating from check in, to poolside, to the bar, breakfast buffet and dinner time! Super lovely and always organised our cabs for the day. Room is comfortable and there are surrounding restaurants and supermarket close by. For those who don’t have car or want to use taxis there is bus service close by but it is about 20min drive to Vatican and a bit longer to city centre however we didn’t mind the distance for us.

Everything was just like in the picture. The room was big and clean and the cleaning staff was happy to clean the room after 2days of staying in. The rest of the staff was really kind as well. The location from the centre is far but taxi is around 15euros so not to expensive. Worth the money and worth the 4stars that the hotel has.

Room was excellent- beautiful and large and extremely comfortable. It was a little hot and as we could not get the thermostat to go lower we had to open the balcony door a little bit, but it was fine. Breakfast was good and I was very grateful for the soy milk as a vegan. Lots of parking space which was important to us.
