Great hotel, we appreciated them letting us check in early with two young kids. Great communication. Handy having a vending machine. Freshly renovated. Great housekeeping who turned the room around quickly for us. Lovely reception staff. The rooms were clean and tidy.

Unfortunately the power was out when we got there but we were early and the staff made us comfortable. No fault of thier own as it was off across the city. The Wifi was a little slow and there were a few bugs in the room. The walls were very thin, we could hear our neighbour snoring. We couldn't find much restaurants etc around but we found a small cafe and supermarket which was handy. Felt like we were in the middle of nowhere a bit but it did the job for us.

I liked everything about the property, form the stuff and how quick and prompt they were, supper attentive. The room was clean and AC worked perfectly specially considering the heat in Rome. They helped me finding nearby restaurants, they are super close to the train station and in a calm area, also helped book my taxi for the morning and they are located super close to the ciampino airport.

The one thing I didn’t like about the property was the shower, way to small, I couldn’t move and the shower head was fixed and very high, so taking a shower involved getting wet from head to toe hair included, and I didn’t exactly needed to wash my hair.

The air conditioning was great, and the rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and featured a fantastic shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash – exactly what we needed before catching our flight. The balcony was a lovely bonus too. A special mention to the incredibly friendly reception staff – nothing was too much trouble. I simply asked how to book a taxi for the next day, and the receptionist arranged everything for us. She even recommended a brilliant little pizzeria for dinner. Top-notch service from start to finish.

Easy to get to from Ciampino train station. Ease of access. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Air conditioned room. Coffee machine for all to use.

You could hear other people in the seating area while trying to sleep. Also, the snoring from the adjacent room didn't help. For the size of the shower, I don't think it's particularly a good shower head to have. A smaller one that can be taken off the wall or be lowered would be good. You can't really have a shower without washing your hair. Make a shower cap available??

The location from the airport is really good. It is only 6min drive from the Ciampino hotel. Hotel is freshly renovated and room is new. There are not many new rooms/hotels in this area. There are some lovely restaurants nearby, it is in a very small and sweet village.

Parking is a bit problem. It was hard to find the parking space in nearby streets (we arrived around 6PM). We parked 400m from the hotel and were lucky. Hotel needs some improvement with noise made by guests. The rooms are not soundproof and you can hear guests coming in their room and chat in they room - hope they will improve it, because hotel itself is nice :) You can take free hot drinks 24/7.

Easy location near Ciampino station. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby very convenient. Has been refurbed to a good standard, very comfy bed etc. access was simple and went according to instructions. Would even recommend for budget conscious visitors to Rome

The hotel helpfully arrange a taxi to the airport (4am), but it’s not as close as I thought to the airport, as you need to drive around the perimeter of the airport (for some silly reason I thought it was walkable).

Excellent location for those travelling to/from Ciampino airport. Shuttle bus just 400m away, the same goes for railway. Airport runway just behind the fence, pity they don't have cut a short cut to the runway 😜. On a more serious note, the hotel covers all the basic needs for a traveller - cleaness, location, facilities. Good for short stay. Very friendly staff and always available. Things to pay attention to - it's called Smart because everything is code operated. You need to check in online and pay the city tax through the links provided, otherwise you will not get the code. Once the code has been sent, it opens the main door and also the room. Also attention to airport noises - the runway is literally right out there. Although the windows have good glazed panes, there is a reason why every room has earplugs for guests.

It was late evening when I arrived and found it difficult to locate and enter the property.. The room (single) was very small. There was TV in room, however the screen was somehow obstructed by shelving. It would have been good to have been informed about watet/ coffee available in breakfast room at check in..I was lucky to have found a very nice pizzairia nearby.. Taxi to airport reserved by hotel cost 20e.

We used this hotel for a sleepover before a flight (like most of the guests I think) and didn't expect much from it - but everything was great. We were greeted very friendly, helped with the entry code. The hotel itself is modern, clean and has everything you need - there is even a kitchen with coffee. Very close to the airport, but taxis here understand this - a 5 minute ride will cost 40 euros.

We had a fantastic one-night stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect! The room was spotless, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The self-check-in process was seamless, making it very convenient, especially when travelling with a young child. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was ideal. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. We’ll definitely be back!
