The Location and warm welcome from the workers at the outside entrance of the resort.

The young lady at check in was a bit rude and not personable at all. Perhaps she was having an off day however it was very off putting to visitors checking in and looking forward to visiting your establishment.

I love the property it's beautiful. But your front desk and guest service team they are not engaging. They are not pleasant, and they show they are not happy. It was my first time, and I was not impressed. I thought such a beautiful property would have excellent customer service. I was booked in for room 210 when I arrived from my long drive. I saw on the door happy anniversary. I said to the Nigel, the young helping me to my room it's not my anniversary. He said, "Try your key only to hear a scream." A client was already booked into my room. I return to the lobby annoyed. They tried and put me into room 648. I did outline it was my birthday prior to, but I felt like I was an afterthought. My thoughht, was if i loved the property and experienced excellent service, I would revisit in December with my family of 6, but I'm rethinking.

The staff at the front desk, at the jerk grill and the bar beside it. They don't know how to speak to guest.

The food variety was really good. My partner explained that it was really lovely Mahalia did a really good job. Your staff was really helpful and considerate in every sense of the word from front desk to the pool deck persons.

The food received by the room service could have been better. Would love the same quality food as what is offered at the buffet offered for room service. The birthday service I wish could have been better even if we were to pay for the additional service I would have done that but what is offered is less than what I would consider to be the bare minimum.

Gn. I love the fact that there was quite a few restaurants to choose from... the sport bar was my favorite. I enjoy the sport bar the most cause that where I get the best service. There was this waiter I can't remember his name , he was very helpful and pleasant. Wish I could remember his name. Also the girls at the front desk especially was very pleasant, especially that slim , dark skin and braided hair. I'm so bad with names

I didn't like my room it was a bit small , no Jacuzzis. The wait staff in the buffet area needs to be more attentive , in both getting the dining room cleaned up quickly and attending to the guest...... The name of the waiter I was trying to remember from the sports bar is Carlton. Carlton was very helpful and pleasant , we were only there for 3 days and 2 night and the sports bar was my go to place.... Thank u Carlton for our dining experience with u... we really appreciate your service.

I like how clean the Hideaway adult side was when going out to the beach a lot of the pillows on the Hideaway side was clean staying free however going on the family side the staff was a little nasty when asking for help people sometimes looked at you like you had three heads I actually went for a wedding ceremony can I say don't waste your money if you are trying to get married my friends were renewing their vows they were left on the beach not even escorted to where they can go and freshen up after taking pictures the guests made their way to the cocktail hour no one escorted us overall the buffet was the safest place to eat the buffet food was better than the food that was served for the renewal my friend spent a pretty penny and thank God and she has been blessed with her soulmate but if this was someone's first experience I don't think that it would be the best Love Is Love So at the end of the day their day was still beautifully supported by family and friends

How dirty the beach was on the family side overall it seems a little messy over there the pool area with the kids and the food and drinks and stuff left but the adult side was very clean it was beautiful kid free and the only reason why let me say I was on the family side when I was originally checked in on the Hideaway side was because the wedding party and guess what over there and I wanted to partake in you know some of the activities but you can go on the family side if you're with the Hideaway it's just that the family side can't come on the Hardaway side which is for couples make sense then it's adult only

The staff was A1. Every level of staff, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, the receptionist in both the lobby and restaurants, especially the vibes team and the bartenders! Amazing. They made me very happy and comfortable for my entire stay. They went above, beyond and out of their way to get me every little thing I need even hair ties. The renovated rooms looked exquisite, the little details made the room amazing. The food was good and the overall ambiance was very exquisite.

I didn’t have many low points, the only main issue I had was with a faulty shower head but there was two so we didn’t make it problem.

Beautiful pool and beaches and generally friendly staff. The bar, restaurant, front desk and porters were wonderful!

Literally only two not so pleasant staff but it didn’t spoil my stay. Everyone else was wonderful. Also maybe not have tip money out in the open on both sides of one of the omelette station. If you going to have money out, create a jar for it or something but not next to the food. That older omelette guy was not so pleasant either.

The property was well maintained. The staff were nice. Lorraine was exceptional.

HVAC system needs to be upgraded. We didn’t like the last minute surprise regarding the security deposit. They should also be transparent about the twin beds in the rooms and the walls were paper thin. The neighbors alarm went off at 5am and I was walking around looking for my phone until I realized it was coming from next door. It was that loud! They also shouldn’t charge $120 for lost keys. You can also tell that management has an iron fist on the staff, they couldn’t make any decisions on their own. This was the saddest part about this stay.

my husband and i had to change room and the room we got we weren't pleased with, the view didn't match the one we had before, and we were very disappointed with it, our stay was for our honeymoon and we were so disappointed as it relates to declaration disappointed is a understatement.

I must say I do enjoyed myself and the experience was excellent the entrainment, the food at the restaurant was exceptional, the property was breathtaking, the staff was a so nice the environment was friendly and warm. Big shout to Shantol at Dorado she is so sweet and her customer service is excellent and also big up Keston he is so warm and helpful so nice and polite.
