The food was pretty good and they had a bunch of great options. We were upgraded to a master suite from the Junior Suite. Romain and Carline made our check-in smooth and us welcomed. The bartender Kevon was a gem and our housekeeper Shelisa was sweet and knowledgeable.

We were privilege but didn't feel privileged at all. The staff in the privilege lounge were rude and not helpful at all. We ate there because it was in our building and each time the food took an hour even though there was no one in the privilege. Also, Sasha at the privilege desk was no help at all she couldn't answer any questions or set up any reservations or connections on our behalf. We would not do privilege again because we didn't get any privileges the butler didn't come to check on us. We ordered in room dining that was never delivered.

I love the aesthetic of the interior decoration. The staff is very welcoming and professional. The pool is also amazing and there are so many restaurants to dine in. The gym was also great.

They need a mixologist and fruits to make certain mixed beverages. They also need an entertainment group to do daily and nightly activities at pool like Temptation Cancun. It is an adult hotel and we are on vacation so there should be activities that make us want to stay at the hotel all day all night and also the activities should make us do things we wouldn't normally do all in the name of fun, pleasure and entertainment.

We loved the ambiance, the landscape was breathtaking, we left feelimg breathless not to mention the Customer service from the Bell man that approached us and helped us with our luggage, to the front desk person, to the person assigned to take us to our room. We loved your kind and welcoming presence. You made us feel comfortable. The restaurants were top tiered, the food was delicious the best we've had yet. We got what we planned for, exceptional service. I want to highlight Gorgette the Manager in charge of ensuring that guests enjoy their stay, who wowed us before our stay ended, thank you so very much. We appreciate you. Really, really appreciated Katia from Concierge who greeted us with her captivating smile and kindness, hee superb attention to our request to reserve one of the hardest spaces to get in during this season. We applaud and appreciate your effort in going above and beyond to make our stay joyous. Big! Big! Big ups to Chef Moses -and Joshi -who did so great in getting us a whole steam fish for lunch, that, was excellent! Man that exceeded our expectations as you did not promised but delivered. My husband cannot stop talkimg about that experience, grinning from ear to ear. Efortlessy, you served and ofcourse the hostess at the time Merissa- thank you for paving the way and for your welcoming presence, we will not forget you. We do not remember the other young lady, she is pregnant, she also worked on the same shift with Merissa, wishing you a safe delivery may your beauty and kindness be upon you and your unborn child, you made us smile. I pray God's blessing on you all. Also we want to highlight Brison-and the Food and Beverage Manager we forgot his name. Thank you for making our stay memorable. Oh how can I forgot, the pool exercise was awesome! Wow bowling was fun we did it twice.Man the entertaiment is dope! We loved all of it!

The only thing we did not like is that we had to leave so soon and that the entertainment had to end. Please consider extending the live band to a later time than you do.

I met some of the most gracious staff at Ocean Eden. The staff went above and beyond to make sure you had everything u need. & cater to your needs. Odainia who works with customer service hrlp.me get a cake for my cousin bday and reservation at the hibachi restaurant. She should be awarded for her exceptional customer service and friendly manner. Nothing was never a problem or too hard for her to do. Samantha is a beautiful young lady at check in and check out. She was very friendly and very helpful she should get a promotion. Alot of the staff was exceptional some of the names I csnt remember.

The Property was absolutely stunning. So many great views. The staff was absolutely amazing! A special shout out to some members of the team: Mrs. Gorgette, Mr. Tevin, Ms. Akim, Ms. Candace, Ms. Ramona, Mr. Anthony, Mr. Jounoy, Mr. Demario, Entertainment team by the pool and karaoke at sports bar, And everyone on the spa team on the day of 11/25. Each and everyone of them added a special touch to my vacation that I’ll always remember! Hands down will stay at this property again!

Can improve on liquor inventory. Some safety hazards by the pool bar Cooks could be more consistent at the hibachi restaurant Sports bar could at least be open @ 12pm on Saturday and Sunday for early football games

I love this resort it's my second time, everything from clean rooms, great staff, and management is extremely accommodating. The food is good from room service to restaurant dining. As soon as I arrived, i was greeted by David our driver, whom I met 2 years ago along with Delvin, our room butler. At the Resort or home, they both made sure that we had everything my little heart desired. And to top it off Georgette went above and beyond to allow me to stay an additional 3 nights when the resort was near full capacity. Also, Delvin, on his day off, reached out to me and our new Butler Omario to ensure that our move to another room went smooth. Valentine, who runs all the restaurants, remembering our names, made sure that we were happy with the food and we had everything we needed. Everyone has their own experience, but ours has been exemplary. I definitely recommend this resort. And my favorite part is the staff, that's why I come back here every year.

Not enough pool towels. My suggestion is that they should have people check in and check out the pool towels.

I liked that the front of house staff were so polite and willing to accommodate me. Kimesha and Vickie at the front ask were amazing. I can’t fault our interactions and how helpful they were. I liked that I had good access to the beach and to the pool. There was a good range of options regarding food which was nice.

We had issues with some of the staff in the dining area being a bit miserable and grumpy. Which was off putting at times but we didn’t let it ruined our vacation. There were 2 days where they didn’t have any towels so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the beach or the pool on those days. The floor in the hotel room was usually wet and coming back to the room with a wet floor was not nice.

The property is extremely clean and everyone there is super friendly and welcoming.

We booked the rooftop suite on booking.com and when we arrived they didn’t have our reservation. That was fine because I understand search engines are 3rd parties. They ended up upgrading us and the suite was amazing however we had to wait 2 hours to get in and we never received our complimentary bottle of champagne for being privilege. A manager never came out and apologized for the inconvenience. This was truly disheartening considering we paid over $1,300 to stay for 2 nights. Overall it was a great stay, I just wish that situation was handled differently.

We had an unforgettable stay at Eden Bay Resorts while celebrating my partner’s birthday. From the moment we arrived early, we were greeted by the wonderful front desk team, who made us feel incredibly welcome. They went above and beyond to secure the best room for us in no time, which was a huge relief as we were eager to start our day. A heartfelt thank you to the ladies at the front desk, especially Manager Gorgett, for their outstanding hospitality and for making us feel truly valued. A special shout-out to Obrian from the Quality team for turning our experience into something truly memorable. After sharing details of a previous visit, he ensured everything was taken care of to make up for it. He arranged a stunning room decoration that exceeded our expectations and added a beautifully personal touch to our celebration. The room was clean and fully stocked with all the necessary amenities plus some!! We loved it. Andre and the entire bar team were fantastic, providing excellent service with a smile throughout our stay. We also had the pleasure of dining at the hibachi restaurant, where the chef’s skill and entertaining style made the meal unforgettable. While the soup was a bit on the colder side, the incredible flavors more than made up for it. Overall, Eden Bay Resorts provided the perfect backdrop for our special occasion, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. We’ll definitely be returning! PS. Room service 10/10
