Very nice boutique hotel. Rooms were clean, continental breakfast, access to beach were positives

The parking situation was a con for me. Also, there were water lock offs in the middle of the night (this could be seasonal but I think it would be prudent for a hotel to have a back up water tank and generator to avoid water lock offs).

The location is great! Sandy H is on the beautiful and clean beach and close to town as well. Food is well priced and beach bar is very good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. 7 min down the beach is Miss Lilly’s resto and beach bar which has a great vibe!

Pool was not busy but coûd have been a bit cleaner.

The service was impeccable, actual accommodation was really nice, the outside aesthetics more than made up for the shortfalls I experienced. It encumbered all the points and reasons I like staying at boutique hotels. I left with having experience Intimacy, uniqueness and a personal connection with my environment and great customer service from the front of house staff..

The hotel was lovely however the let’s downs * no entertainment in the evening on site * ⁠WiFi wasn’t working effectively and they had two systems on site * ⁠TV in the room wasn’t working either, neither was the cable TV For the nightly rate these items should be delivered to the customer.

Sandy Haven is a quiet and relaxing venue. We enjoyed meeting other guests at the beach and really appreciate the spa massage services.

Not enough lighting in the sleeping rooms and bathrooms. With the widespread availability of LED bulbs, there should be better lighting over the bathroom mirros and in the reading lamps and overhead lamps.

The staff were friendly and helpful and we loved our balcony and the bathtub in our bathroom! The property is steps away from the beach making it super easy for a stroll at any time of the day. Also, the masseuse was awesome! I would totally recommend getting one! I had two over the course of the 4 days we stayed there. Rohan was super helpful from our initial booking and we really enjoyed Gavin, our transportation guide.

We booked our room with breakfast which ended up being the continental breakfast. My husband and I both felt that it was pretty bare or just wasn't what we were anticipating which was to have a traditional Jamaican breakfast which was available but we would then need to pay additionally for it and we had already prepaid breakfast so that was a little inconvenient. This is the only reason why I am giving this facility a rating of a 9.

More staff for breakfast service. The staff were superb and friendly however they were overworked and in need of a few more staff members to make this service run smoother and guests didn’t feel left out or waiting too long. I would’ve like to have seen more TLC of the garden areas which I think l make a huge difference on entering any hotel

Everything was perfect. The rooms were amazing. The location is amazing. I will definitely go back again.

Honestly, I didn’t like the service from the employees and the restaurant, and I would love if the owner of the hotel know this. Because it’s a shame to have such a pretty hotel, so well located,so pretty, and having a waitress with that attitude doesn’t match the place.

Hotel is located at the beach with big, cozy rooms with a terrace. The room is equiped with a minibar, coffemaker and a big bathroom and was very clean. Beds were very, very comfortable. Parking is on the spot and all the resort is secured. The staff were amazing and nice. There were different types of breakfast to choose and we were never disapointed about it. You can go every morning for a walk on the long beach and spent a day on the beds on the beach with a bar . Hotel restaurant serves dinner as well. At the end we felt very welcomed in this resort. At the end they even allowed us to check out later than official time with no extra cost.

Just a small remark to the persons on the front desk. Don't start talking about the money that needs to be paid for the staying in the resort and the "incidentals charge" soon after you say hello to the guest and grabbing his credit card. Would be nice to hear first about what the resort offers to the guest. That was my only negative impression in this resort.

Clean rooms ,very roomy and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable for sleeping. Staff was friendly Food was excellent. Location was excellent ,on the beach. Was nice to have access to a gym.

Would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the room. Would have been nice if the TV worked. Menu needs to reflect what is available,ie if item is not available take it off the menu.

Very clean and up kept staff was very nice and pleasant . 2 time staying here would definitely go again

Only thing I wasn’t able to utilize the pool or jacuzzi but other then that everything was exceptional
