The location was great. Close to family mart and the train station.

The locks on the door for the lobby. When check in is busy and the lock doesn’t read the code properly, you can be locked out for 5mins. You have everyone anxious and trying to input the code… and possibility to be locked out longer… can be frustrating

The location is great. Kamata is a lively night area, but the apartment is closer to the residential area. 5 minutes walk from the station and with a Family Mart and laundromat close by. Good access to Tokyo, Haneda, and Yokohama. The apartment was spacious for the price in Tokyo district. However it would be too small for 6 people. There's a bathroom with separate toilet, kitchen with fridge and microwave, and a washing machine (no dryer).

The toilet bidet seat was broken. The apartment is on ground level and you cannot comfortably open the curtains. If you open the windows pollution and dust from the street enters the room. No vacuum makes it difficult to maintain clean in the apartment. No iron for ironing your business clothes.

Location is fantastic and the room has everything it needs for a long stay. Shower drying function is super useful. Bunk bed saves a lot of living space and permits a very useful table to be placed in the room. In comparison to other prices I've come across on this website, I highly recommend staying at Minn Kamata if travelling on a budget / last minute planning.

Wish the balcony wasn't off limits. I was a bit put off by the AC unit not being serviced before our arrival, but the staff was very kind and quick to act upon it at my request to clean the filters.

Super modern, super clean

It was a good sized apartment with a big fridge, Japanese style bath room, a fair sized dining table, 2 comfortable beds, a nice view balcony with openable doors to let the fresh air in, a separate toilet, a washing machine with detergent and a drying rack. It was situated in a quiet area, and yet, very close to the station, convenient stores and a department store.

There were no staff at the front, so all the communications had to be done by emails.

Check-in was fully digital but we were able to quickly get our room keys and also getting extra towels was no problem, even though we rarely saw any staff around the house. The kitchen was pretty minimalistic but did have enough tableware and cutlery for all guests.

There was no English description of how to use the appliances so we had to figure out the Japanese labels by ourselves.

Good location, short walk to a train station (kamata, with trains to tokyo/yokohama and easy connections). Convenience store and more at a short distance (family mart next door, supermarket/shops/restaurants next to the train station). Very clean. Easy check in/out.

Basic kitchen but we still managed to cook. The appliances guide wasn’t working so we had to guess how it worked, but still managed with minimal efforts (using google translate!)

Check in and check out were a breeze. Room was well equipped - had a washer, mini kitchen, dining table. Beds were comfortable Room is not big, but size is just right for 3-4 people needing a place to sleep in Toilet and shower were separate Walking distance to convenience store Near Haneda airport

One has to be a bit techie for the check in and check out process as everything was digital. An internet access using one's phone is a must.

Room size, the toilet separated, had kitchen. Highly recommended if you had a flight to Haneda Airport the next day. very close to Kamata station walk 10mins and Keikyuu Kamata with 8mins by taxi. convenient store family mart

When I check in and want to input the pin number on the door is hard and very sensitive. but they are very nice and helpful by call / video call by english or japanese.
