It was not included with my stay. Claiming high season. Therefore was forced to prepay 4 days breakfast and it was not refundable. Did not like this at all!

Stay at residential suite at approx $29,000.00 and according to website complimentary transfer to/from Kyoto station. We were told at check in . High season only allow one round trip complimentary to/from Kyoto ststion. Is this false advertisement?

As you would expect from a four seasons a stunning hotel in Kyoto's best district. We had a garden room which means you look out over an amazing pond definitely worth the extra to feel the Japanese experience. The highlight was the Sushi restaurant. Absolutely staggeringly good. Food was world class and the chefs made the whole evening a true one off. Will never forget it

Nothing. Hotel and stay was perfect

A different kind of heaven, since we came from the Four Seasons Tokyo at Otemachi. It was the same wonderful experience, but more peaceful and contemplative. The building has only four floors and stretches through a beautiful garden. It offers more intimacy, tranquility, and calm—perfect for a peaceful stay, enjoying massages, reflections, mental rest, and everything that Japanese culture is so well known for.

Everything was perfect

The room was very good (an upgrade although it didn’t have a nice view which we generally try to get). Facilities were all excellent (gym, swimming pool, garden etc).

Restaurant prices were higher than equivalent class hotels in Tokyo. Fewer restaurant/bar options than in Tokyo. Clientele was mostly US and the breakfast coffee was of US type (bland and weak :-)).

The hotel’s interior was stunning, complemented by a beautiful garden setting. The service level was exceptional, and the staff were highly professional, assisting with packing my bags and even handling shipment arrangements. The reception staff were also very friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Maybe a bit far from the Main Streets of the city.

The property is beautifully located and a fairly central location in Kyoto. It has a beautiful private garden and breakfast area. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfy (as what you might expect from The Four Seasons). The breakfast if diverse and excellent. If you are visiting Kyoto this is surly on of the Top 3 hotels in Kyoto.

There was nothing that we did not like. Perfect property!

Amazing hotel and Service ,, The rooms are very nice ,, spacious and clean. The Spa treatment and the spa facilities is a must. Great Location as well.

we stayed 3 nights and we wanted to try the sushi really either lunch or dinner but it was full,, Also I would suggest adding more food options in the other restaurant like italian section because I am not a big fan of steaks so italian is always a safe option for me.

Room was perfect, great terras, the grill restaurant is very good.

Did not inform us in advance the pool was not available and the alternative in the six senses were not there when we wanted. We chose the hotel for this specifically. Service of breakfast and dinner could be faster, a long wait for coffee Or dinner.

The gardens were outstanding. The service was very good.

The rooms were comfortable but not especial. A bit impersonal. Extremely expensive for what we got. We compared with the Okura in Tokyo and felt the Okura is in a class of its own and less expensive .
