Fantastic location to train station, supermarket opposite to hotel, all other shops and eateries close by. Staff and housekeeping very friendly and professional.

As I am working while travelling in Japan: 1. WIFI speed is slow and can sometimes disconnect, thus not reliable for business usage. 2. Ethernet LAN port does not work in the room. I tried connect directly from the wall socket also.

Location is just excellent, just a minute away from the Shinkoiwa Station. Lots of konbinis, markets and all kinds of restaurants around. The room was clean and amenities were good enough for such an establishment. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. The staff was excellent and despite the language barrier, very helpful.

The television had no smart capabilities and no channels other than Japanese ones. The fridge ran, at times, very noisily. Although we had no problems whatsoever, the fact that there is no one at the reception desk after 8 PM means if something goes wrong you won't be able to get help quickly.

The staff member that checked us in was very friendly, I appreciate that they had someone at the front desk at 10pm. We did not see any other staff during our stay we also were not in need of anything. The room was very small, but that was to be expected. We stayed for three nights, we appreciated that they provided us each with a fresh towel for each night at the start of our stay. The hotel itself was not very centrally located, but a very short walk to a train station.

I found the shower somewhat difficult to use. The temperature controls were also the sink controls, and it was tricky to get the right temperature for any task honestly. The pillows did not offer much neck support.

Location: it is only a 3-mins walk from Shin-Koiwa JR station. The JR Sobu (Rapid) Line is directly connected to the Narita Airport. Plenty of things to do in Shin Koiwa. There is a Lawson in front of the hotel and a grocery that closes at 24:00. Matsumoto Kiyoshi and a 100-yen shop is a minute walk. Amenities/Toiletries: Hair comb, razor, toothbrush and paste, cotton buds, and bath sponge are available in the frontdesk to get. While inside the room, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are present. Included in the room: functioning microwave, refrigerator, heater/airconditioner, pyjamas/bathrobe, towels (mini and big), blowdryer, fabric spray, and slippers Size of the room: it is decent and more than enough for me as I am a solo traveller with two medium sized luggages Cleanliness: the roon is well-maintained and clean. I booked a smoking room incorrectly, but I didn't really smell any hint of smoke in the hallway or room. Customer Service: I checked in in the receptionist and he explained well all that is needed. When checking out, you just leave if the payments are settled.

While it is a 3-mins walk from Shin-Koiwa JR station, there is a bit of distance to tourist attractions. You might need to transfer to another train when going to Asakusa for example. However, the trains in Tokyo are efficient, but something to consider especially if you bough a metro tokyo subway discount tickets.

Staff are all very professional and polite, the room I stayed in was small, but I like smaller rooms and it was comfortable and clean. The location is also excellent!

It is not a big problem, but the dryer in the 3rd floor laundry room was not very effective at drying clothes. There is a laundromat near the hotel that may be better suited for laundry if needed.

Clean room with everything you might need. The room was nicer and a bit bigger than expected. The location is very good if you want to experience the "true" Tokyo. It's close to a shopping and restaurant street where Japanese people go. You have a JR train stop 2 min away and a Lawson right outside.

The reception does not really understand English. It works anyway because much is self-service, but might be difficult if you need help.

Typical small room. Little stove area at the entrance with no cutlery provided serves no purpose but an obstacle.

Located conveniently a few hundred metres away from Shin Koiwa train station and easily accessible from Narita via Narita Express Line. A nice local neighborhood and you get the feeling of how locals live. Not so 'touristy'..

Well, space is a bit small... But I guess that's just normal in Tokyo.

Very convenient, just a super short walk from nearby train station with direct connectivity to Narita airport, akhihabara. Convenience store right outside the hotel. Able to store luggage, helpful staff. Place was clean.

Bed was a lil tight for two pax but overall we still slept soundly as we were knocked out from all the exploring in Tokyo !:)

Very good location near the JR station and there are lots of shops and restaurants, cheap lunch box shops etc. The Staff were nice, the room was clean and a quiet place, I didn't suffer any noise during my stay in the hotel.

Nothing particularly bad points, all good.
