Courtyard by Marriott Osaka was hands down the best hotel we stayed at during our entire trip. Marriott properties always impress us, but this one really outdid itself. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was especially spacious and clean – such a treat after long days of exploring! The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast was both reasonably priced and absolutely delicious with plenty of variety. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Every time we stay at a Marriott, it reminds us why we keep coming back – they set the standard so high that everywhere else just pales in comparison.

Nothing to fault!

Very convenient location, close to metro ( green line to EXPO 2025), plenty of breakfast places, restaurants ans shopping nearby. Very kind and service minded English speaking staff. The hotels public bath is superb with an outdoor pool. Spacious, very comfortable, modern and nice designed rooms.

Location was great for walking, shopping, food varieties and restaurants, the dotonbori area especially, proximity to subway stations.

It seems endemic in the mid range hotel rooms ..... only hanging space available in rooms.... nowhere drawers. So had to live out of the suitcase a little.

Location: Close to the station entrance but do note that only accessible by stairs. Otherwise the other station has lift but entrance is about 500m away. Easy to take a cab as well Hotel room size was decent. Had sufficient space for 2 big luggages. Toilet was spacious. Rooms are not carpeted so great for those who are sensitive to dust.

Breakfast was on the expensive side thus did not opt for it. Though if you request for it one day earlier, you will have a discount. Washing machine and dryer facilities were ok. But the dryers were not very good. Had to put a longer duration to get clothes dried vs a normal laundromat

The toilet and bathroom were a little small for us as. But still very clean.

It was refreshing to find a large, comfortable bed after staying in many small beds in small rooms and on the floor on Japanese mats. It was just what we needed as we were needing one night of complete comfort.

The staff was very friendly. The property is nearby the metro/subway so you don't have to worry much about public transportation. The shopping and food street is less than 200 meters. The hotel also provides a GYM facility and SPA ( open bath). Overall, it's a nice place to stay.

I got a different room than I originally booked and later they provided a big room but close to high so there is a lot of notice. The rooms are not soundproof so even if the room is not close to the highway there is still noise.

The hotel is very clean and stylish. It was clearly a popular choice for tourists and was very busy while we were there. The king room we had was spacious with a very comfy bed. The onsite coin-op laundry was great, and whatever detergent they put in the machines has magical properties that left our clothes smelling amazing!

The busy location meant that there was a lot of traffic noise, especially at night, and the soundproofing was not great. (Some other guests on my floor were yelling and slamming doors, and we heard it all).

Room was very comfortable, especially the bed. Toilet was spacious as well, and bed was huge. Wifi was stable too. The lady that brought up chopsticks to my room was extremely polite and helpful too.

I tried to borrow a power adapter, but the entire hotel seemed to run out of it. Couldn't really understand some of the staff's english or japanese.

We stayed here for just over a week. Friendly staff, brilliant location and the most comfortable room. Unlike some hotels in Japan it was surprisingly Roomy and for a longer stay this was great. Lots of shopping close by and also train station. Highly Recommend

The bar downstairs was rarely staffed of an evening. We tried to have a pre or post dinner casual drink but couldn’t given it wasn’t staffed
