As a vegan in Japan, I always find it very hard to find anything to eat at the breakfast buffets of any hotel: the food provided is always very basic and barely includes any vegan item. For example it would be nice if they'd offer bread that doesn't contain any milk, or having soy milk and soy yoghurt as they're both easily available in Japan. It would be helpful as well for all the lactose intolerant folks out there.

The hotel was very good! We had a room for three people; it was spacious and comfortable. From our corner window, we could even see Mount Fuji! The furniture was a bit old-style, but it still felt nice because everything was very clean. The beds and pillows were comfy, and we also really enjoyed the breakfast, there was a lot of variety. One small suggestion: it would be great to have more detailed information at the front desk. For example, when we asked about the free shuttle bus, we were told it wasn’t running that day, but no one mentioned that it would be available the next day.

Excellent location! 5 minute walk from Fuji Station. We had a great view of Mt. Fuji from our room! Beds and pillows were comfortable and water pressure was excellent! We were allowed to check our bags in early and keep them at the hotel after we checked out which allowed us more time to freely explore the city!

Cruise style bathroom - (tight capsule bathroom) - but not really a negative. Still a great bathroom overall - all Toto (walls, shower, sink, etc.)

The property is great with an amazing view of Mt Fuji from the room itself. You can also walk out of the hotel and see Fujisan right in front of you. The rooms are spacious for a stay with family. The service is good and the hotel staff are very helpful and welcoming. The location of the hotel is quite convenient as it is right in front of the Mt Fuji station and bus stop. All the sightseeing places are easily accessible from here as well. Overall, it was a great experience.

Great value for money! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything you need for a short stay. Location is super convenient—just a short walk from Fujisan Station, making it easy to explore the area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely worth it for the price!

Only minor downside was the breakfast—it was basic and could use a bit more variety, but still decent enough to start the day.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, although I had made a mistake on booking the rooms, my mistake. Ended up with 1 non smoking and 1 smoking room. The non smoking room didn't appear to smell of smoke. Comfortable beds and good bathroom. Breakfast was good with several choices and beverages too. Laundry facilities were very useful and takes 100 yen coins. Good views of Mt Fuji from both rooms. It's about a 45 - 60 minute walk to the main bus station. Taxi costs about 1600 yen. The free shuttle bus is useful for getting to the main bus station.

The staff was incredibly patient to our request for a taxi (we inquired about it 3 times), and were still very helpful with a smile in getting us a taxi after our 3rd request. The breakfast was simple but filling before our hike to 5th station (we started from the shrine), so we were happy to have that instead of searching out a place. The room was much larger than we had anticipated, appreciated the space to repack our bags.

We had a quiet spacious , clean room , which had views of Mount Fuji. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Mt Fuji station, which is the best place to board the early morning bus to Mt Fuji fifth station. There’s a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko .

The breakfast was ok, but not a huge choice. There’s a few places to eat in the area , but there’s no nearby main street for eating and drinking .

Very close to Mt. Fuji train/bus station (not the major touristy Kawaguchiko station). The room has a good Mt. Fuji view. Decent buffet breakfast.

The room is not soundproof. The facilities/equipment are a bit dated (though functional). Not many restaurants/shops in the area, pretty much needed to go to Kawaguchiko for everything.

for the good price during peak period, the hotel was cozy and clean enough for a short stay. our room was looking at mt fuji, beautiful in the morning. i also loved the pillows and bed, its not too soft! location was convinient and the staff were all friendly and helpful. breakfast was nice. honestly no complains!
