Location, close to taxi stand, general stores cafes, resteraunts, shops. ATMs, 7 Eleven, convenience stores. All walking distance. Faculty to warm up food in microwave kept al reception area. Staff at breakfast very attentive, helped me to get my breakfast as I have problems with mobility. Good selection of Japanese and western items at breakfast. but could have done with more fresh fruits selections and fresh fruit juices. Allowed to takeaway tea or coffee in paper cups.

Room very small, congested . We were 3 of us in a room, hardly any place for our luggage, or to move around.No separate shower cubicles in any of the bathrooms, made climbing over bath difficult in. Step ar entrance to bathroom inconvenient. smd difficult to enter bathroom. No accessibility room.Needed to go down to reception to get coffee, tea, sugar and milk each day. Only kettle was kept in the room. My husband was unwell and in bed with flue.Couldn’t come down for breakfast. He had a breakfast coupon which we had paid for, and showed it to the manager but we were not allowed to take his breakfast to the room. He would have had very little anyway. He was left hungry later on and we had to buy food for him from outside, found that attitude very inconsiderate and inhumane.

The meeting area at lobby was useful for work discussions. The amenities provided was of good quality but hand lotion was missing. Lots of choices of food, supermarket within walking distance. Umbrellas were available for loan on rainy days,

However staff was not too helpful with access to coffee at meeting area. (not providing cups, topping up snacks etc) Generally, staff didn't seem very warm, unlike other Japanese hotels. The meeting area was also flooded with smoke from the smoking room, which had vents that allowed smoke to flow out into the meeting area. :( Laundry area had only 2 washer and 2 dryers, had to wait in turn. The dryer also took rather long to dry a small load.

Although this is a little bit out, being just next door to Esaka station with frequent trains, getting closer to the city is a breeze. The train line conveniently services stations like Shin Osaka, Umeda and Namba. Which makes transiting using the metro and Shinkansen easy. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet selection with a wide and plentiful variety. Breakfast staff and cleaning staff were always very welcoming. Everything in my room was clean and tidy. There was a microwave on reception level and multiple vending machines throughout. Many food and conbini options in the area.

Slightly confusing to get to the first time from the train station as there are multiple entries and exits. I had pre paid for breakfast each night of my stay, but didn't wasn't given my breakfast tokens on check in. When I asked at the desk for my breakfast tokens (breakfast staff alerted me I needed them, as I didn't know I was supposed to have them), no one explained how the breakfast worked or where it was,

The location was amazing, you could find everything around you with convenience store, drug stores, restaurants though it was located in the last stop of the train line. The hotel looked new in general which I did not expect and the room was clean and neat. You don’t have to change train line to get to travelers’ shopping spots, even you don’t like shopping, it was easier to change line to some landmarks as it located in the main train line to do changing.

The hotel is located right next to the Esaka station so very convenient to accessing the amazing train network. Esaka is a great suburb to stay in for the local village like feel and this hotel makes an excellent value for money option for a solo traveller. The single room was smaller but very well appointed and the price means you don’t have to share.

It would have been nice to be able to open the window but otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and had great sleep while there.

Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay. Modern rooms and lobby, everything clean, bathroom tiny (as expected) but well equipped, good lighting options and air con, an excellent location close to the Esaka station and many dining options.

No wardrobe, just a very limited rack space with three hangers. The window did not open at all. Would be great if the breakfast options could vary from time to time.

Best convenient location for this hotel. Many food options to choose from! Lift access direct to carpark is very convenient for luggage. Room size was adequate. Good coin laundry facilities. They provided extra pillows on request, thank you! Overall, the staff were polite and accommodating!

Drinking water dispenser was not replenished regularly. Room aircon was too warm so had to ask the staff to open the window to let cool air in. This means we cannot use the room air conditioner.

Location was excellent for our purposes. Adjacent to central subway to access the city. Great restaurants and shopping close by. Excellent value and a place we will come back to.

Rooms are a bit small but that was expected. Otherwise we were happy with our accommodations.

Amazing location, so easy to get to Shin-Osaka Station and Osaka/Umeda station. The hotel is part of a shopping center right across from Esaka station. The lobby and the provided amenities like toner etc. were nice. They are an eco-friendly hotel and won't clean the room unless you put the provided notice on your door.

The door seemed very thin and I could hear people in the hallway very clearly. However, I used earplugs when going to sleep.

The twin-bed double rooms are small, but it’s normal to have small rooms in Japan. For a couple staying for a longer period, I recommend a room of 18m².
