Good stay in Tokyo and great value for money. The rooms are small but that is what you need to get used to while staying in Tokyo. The room was quiet and clean. The location was great, close to the subway station and Konbini's just around the corner. Tokyo Tower, Teamlabs, and Mori Museum are within short walking distance. Luggage service to the airport is available (against a fee), totally recommend using it!

It is in a convenient location only 2 minutes away from the subway station. It’s in a quiet street and very close to 3 convenient stores. It is very tight space so you can only open 1 luggage at a time but for the price paid it was nice

I stayed in a double room with 1 other person and we were only given 2 large towels, and 3 medium towels. We asked reception for 2 extra towels for our hair and they mentioned that they would have to charge $500yen per extra towel. They also expect you to clean your own room and will not empty your garbages everyday.

Very clean, new, good quality/price. Room and toilet very small but you get just enough room and everything you need.

We arrived 30 min before check in and wanted to charge for the early arrival (half an hour !). We had to wait in the lobby, although the room was ready. Not very flexible !

Rooms are small in size but very smartly arranged giving you everything you need for a trip to Tokyo. Shower had a rainfall shower and was amazing after long days exploring! We arrived gone midnight and the check in process was very speedy and easy, it’s around 25 mins to Haneda Airport (£40-50 one way). Washing machine service was brilliant, free ice cream machine which is very tasty and plenty of free toiletries at reception if and when needed. Close to subway station and only a few stops from Shinjuku and Shibuya so location is perfect. 7Eleven and Lawson on the same road and both 24hrs for any of your needs. Lots of restaurants nearby.

very nice boutique hotel with nice amenities in the center of the Roppongi area.

we got delayed by the typhoon and they were totally unwilling to waive the cancelation fee. this was annoying and unfair. I hoped they would had been more cooperative

Me and my girlfriend stayed 5 nights in this pretty hotel and we loved it! Yes the rooms are small but if you organise it well it’s very double (we had backpacks so we could squeeze them between bed and wall, with rigid luggages might be more complicated) plus they have everything you need. Room was super clean, new towels everyday with a complete room clean twice. Free tea and coffee plus other necessities. They also have two washing machines that also dry (not amazing but it does something). The location is probably the best part. Situated 30 seconds walk to metro station, grocery stores, bars, coffee and even clubs! We also really enjoy walking around the Roppongi area, it’s quiet but very beautiful. Staff helped with any questions! Reception is 24h open so late check in is not an issue!! For the price-quality ratio is difficult to find better, highly recommended!!

Everything was clean, the staff spoke English, the hotel was cool during extreme heat in Japan, it was conveniently placed within a minutes walk to the underground train station and next to two 24 hour convenient stores that sold hot food or anything else you needed.

Letting another person enter your room costs 2,000 yen extra. I understanding if someone else extra is staying over should cost more. But bringing someone else in for a short while to make plans, exchange gifts, or have help sorting out documents or money, did not quite make sense to me and not something I'm use to, as usually hotels are a safe meeting area for travellers. This is just small nitpick though, there is not much wrong with this hotel.

This hotel is located centrally to a lot of great neighbourhoods for shopping and culture: Omotesando, Harajuku, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Naka-Meguro, Ginza… all 20 min subway ride or less (or 30 min walk). The hotel is exactly what is needed if you’re someone who spends all their waking hours outside the hotel room. It was comfortable for sleeping, it was clean, and they had free soft serve! The front desk staff are super responsive before and during the trip through the Booking.com app or in person, and helped us with luggage shipment from the hotel to Kyoto.

If you’re someone travelling with a lot of luggage, it might be a tight fit for you as the room is small. However it’s pretty standard for the size of room for Tokyo for the price. Overall good value!!
