The staff were lovely, our room was clean, breakfast was good (but see below) and It was close to Asakusa, Senso-ji Temple, short train ride to the Skytree. Also, we found it easy to access anywhere, in Tokyo, through either train station (see next comments). 7-11 is next door, too. 👏 Also, very close to Kitchenware District and Ameyoko Street Markets start from Ueno Station - a walk (not with luggage) or train ride from hotel & Ueno Station has JR & Shinkansen lines.
Bakurochu Station entrance/exit is right next to the hotel 👍, BUT, there are 55 steps to negotiate with luggage! 😓 Nb. Higashi-Nihonbashi Station is an easy 5/6 minute, flat walk away with an elevator AND you turn left from there & you’re a close walk to Platform 2 with trains to Narita Airport, all terminals. 👏 So e fresh fruit, instead of tinned fruit would be good and this was the on,y hotel in our 5.5 week stay in Japan that didn’t have fresh (cherry) tomatoes.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Spoke reasonable English and were happy to use translation tool for communication when needed. Room was clean and well equipped. Great location, lots of stations within walking distance to get you anywhere in Tokyo. Quieter, less touristy area which was nice, no noise. Breakfast looked nice with a wide variety, but not many vegan/dairy free options other than smoothie, rice, fruit and veg. Even bread had milk and eggs in. Staff were helpful with providing a food allergy list for what I could/couldn’t eat.
Room on the smaller side for 2 people but perfect for a solo traveller. Bed wasn’t bad, but not the comfiest - pillows were a very thin. Had to double up which was fine as it was just me.

Location is great with access to several train and bus stations within walking distance. Convenience stores, ATM, grocery nearby, lots of options for good local restaurants. Area is also quiet with wide main roads. Close to several attractions. Handy breakfast ready at 6:30 to start the day. Also good to have access to the Library Cafe in the evening for quick dinner or wind down coffee/tea.
They only have one kind of pillow and really hard. I wish there is an option to not get new towels etc everyday. I used the "Do not disturb" sign when we don't need cleaning, but we are still given a set of fresh towels in a plastic bag left by our door. I think they should not do this when the "Do not disturb" sign is up, to save on laundry and water. Would have liked a little bit of variety in the breakfast offering - we stayed for 9 days and got pretty much the same breakfast everyday.

The location was excellent. Two main subway lines that we used to reach every other locations we needed. Green Line's entrance were just under the first floor of the building (no noise, just perfect). There is also 7-eleven which helped us a lot. The Asakusa red line were just in 5 min walk. So we could use subway to go anywhere. For those who arrive to Narita Airport. We used JR Rapid train (paid it with SUICA on apple wallet) and went directly to Bakurocho station (it is just under hotel, so you go Narita - Bakurocho and exit B4 - voila you're at the hotel's doors). Akihabara Electric Town in just 15 min walk. The room was tiny, but clean and they cleaned it every day. Breakfast time was 6:30-9:30. But if you go there by 9 am expect it very crowded. So about 7:30-8:00 is just fine. Google showed me that Asakusa red line goes to Narita on our way back, but it was false. So use the other route or ask around.
Bit tiny room and crowd at the breakfast, but it's managable, so good in general.

Staff are welcoming. Some can converse in English and assist in self check-in. There is a 7-Eleven on the first floor of the building. Cleaning is available every day; if "do not disturb" is affixed, towels will be provided at the door every day. There is a coffee bar/library on the second floor after the breakfast hours. There is a JR station underneath the hotel that can connect travelers with the rail hub at Tokyo Station or can reach as far as Yokohama and Kamakura. Wi-Fi connection is decent and stable
Take note that in winter, the air conditioner will be put to centralized control and will operate as a heater instead. The room can be a bit dirty, though cleaning is available every day if needed. While there is a JR Line underneath the hotel that runs from Narita Airport, there is no elevator or escalator to ground level at that station; those with large luggage are advised to use Higashi-Nihombashi Station (served via Keisei/Asakusa Line from Airports)

Location is great, right next to Bakurocho station Exit 4. We ended up taking the stairs up from the station which was doable, but others may need to find the elevator exit and walk a little bit on the streets to get to the hotel. There is also a 7-11 right beside the hotel and a grocery store a couple blocks away - super convenient. The soaker bathtub was great after a long day of walking. Room was as expected of a hotel of this price in Nihombashi. Not huge, but we were able to open one regular sized suitcase on the floor with a little effort. The rooms felt clean and tidy. There is a coin laundry room with 4 machines if I recall and cheap to use. There is free breakfast buffet which is great for the value. They combine western and japanese food and there are lots of options. Free coffee and smoothies as well. The front desk staff were super helpful and all of the ones we interacted with were able to speak english fluently. They helped us out with filling out Yamato luggage transport forms.
The lobby is on the 2nd floor so it can be a hassle to get luggage up there for check-in if it's busy or if the elevators are full. The bed was right by the window/curtains so it was a bit awkward. Quite warm inside the hotel and you can't change the temperature.

For a free breakfast , it’s good enough. Coffee machines work well and the dining room is clean. Location is good but not as good as l have imagined. The next door IS a subway station, but from/to this station, you need to walk a long way underground.
For the price, I don’t think people should ask for more. I am really satisfied. Thank you staff for your nice service.

The hotel is located in a good district, next to metro station and 24/7 Seven-Eleven shop. Tokyo station is 30 min by walk. The room is big enough for 2 people with luggage and the bed is really comfortable, not too soft, not too hard. The room is quiet and cozy. There is a TV, hairdryer and electric kettle. The bathroom is spacious with everything needed - toilet, shower, sink, and shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap provided. The breakfast is various - it has hot beverages, Bulgarian yoghurt, muesli and two types of jam every day, different types of bread (regular, sweet with resins or chocolate, waffles, etc.), smoothies, it also has rice, salads, 2 types of soup, noodles, chicken or meatballs, eggs, sausages... The staff is polite and helpful. After check-out you can leave all of your luggage in storage, if you have a later flight, so you can do more exploring.

We really liked almost everything! The reception staff was always SO polite, helpful and welcoming to us. Thank you so much! :) Check-in was so easy and hassle-free. The room was a bit more spacious than some of the same value. It was impeccably clean. We were provided with complete amenities. The hotel is just beside Bakurocho train station and is also close to some more train stations where you can get to most of the tourist attractions. We really liked that it was just beside 7/11 and Coco curry resto! We liked that the area is not that saturated with tourists. Their self-service laundry machine was very convenient to use. Thank you so much for everything! We will recommend this place to friends and family if ever they come visit Tokyo.
The breakfast food was alright for me but unfortunately my partner did not really enjoy it as much as I did. He wished it had more variety. The second thing is about the central heating, we wished there is a way to actually manually control the room’s temperature. However we liked that we were already provided with an air purifier/humidifier so help regulate the temperature inside.

We stayed here for the first four nights of our holiday and really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent—very close to train stations, which made getting around super easy. The room was very clean and while it was definitely on the smaller side, it didn’t bother us since we were out exploring all day. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was a great convenience, especially with kids, offering plenty of options to start the day right. Having a 7-Eleven right next door was a bonus, and we appreciated the hotel communal area where you could sit, relax, and use the microwave.
