We stayed for 22 nights, so I feel like I have good sense of how the hotel is like for families: Staff: Staff was very helpful, attentive, and motivated to help in every way. Yamato Transport didn't deliver our luggage at the expected time frame, so the hotel helped us contact for re-delivery & track our luggage. They also put out personal fans, cooling towels during the heat wave at the lobby. They were always so accommodating to our requests. Location: - Location was better than I expected! so close to the Shimbashi station, which is a major station. This way we didn't have to transfer every time we took the train. If we had stayed near smaller stations, we would have wasted time in the transferring & navigating. There are more than one entrance to Shimbashi station, the closest entrance to Shimbashi station is near the Starbucks. - 1min walk to Family Mart, next door to Don Quijote, and a small grocery store. 5min walk to Starbucks. As someone who hates walking in the sun, this hotel was a good location for us. - because the hotel entrance is in a quiet alleyway, it was so easy to have an Uber or cab pick us up. We use Go Taxi app and Uber for longer trips, and they were always able to park in front easily, because there is no traffic. - highway entrance is nearby, more accessible for longer trips. Facilities: We love how there is a free snack lounge on the 2nd floor! Unlimited drinks, water bottle, snacks, ice cream etc. You can have your snacks by the lobby lounge area or take it upstairs. Lobby is also on the 2nd floor. 1st floor is entrance & elevators. Breakfast is sent upstairs to you in a large wooden bento box, this was fantastic for us! breakfast in bed everyday! Laundry: The hotel has their own laundry service, as well as another company they can contact for you to send & deliver back to the hotel at a lower price if you have bulk laundry. The brochure they gave us for that option was in english too.

We stayed at the 9th floor interconnecting rooms, everyday around 6-7pm there would be cooking smells coming out of our vents. If you are always out for dinner time, this is not an issue. But if you tend to stay in for the night it does saturate the room. However, the hotel does have air purifying devices in each room, it does kick up around that time to help with the smell, though not 100%.

The amenities of the hotel was pretty good, if it wasn’t for the terrible customer service experience we had, we would’ve loved this hotel.

When we checked in, the front desk man that spoke Chinese and wore glasses was extremely unfriendly. There was an extra charge with the room that we paid but in the process the guy spoke to us so rudely and said well we could just cancel the hotel if we are not happy in an almost threatening tone. I’ve never experienced such terrible attitudes in all of the Japanese hotels I’ve stayed in. Of course I was not going to cancel my booking at 7pm during typhoon season, it was a terrible thing for him to say to us.

The rooms were so impeccably clean and the staff was so welcoming and kind and helpful. The complimentary snacks, water, wine and beer were such a wonderful perk after a long day touring around Tokyo. In addition, the location is perfect! I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends who are visiting Tokyo.

The only thing I noticed was that the rug in the lobby level by the snack room is rather stained, which was a little off putting, especially since every other square inch of the hotel was immaculately clean!

Well maintained, comfortable with great amenities. Lots of restaurants in the area. Close to train station. Staff were very professional and helpful. Spoke really good English. Very nice hotel.The Japanese breakfast was delicious.

The western breakfast was not good, the baked goods were fine but that was it. They don’t understand how western people eat breakfast, generally we do not include soup.

Great location in reference to commerce and public transport. Lots of room amenities.

The bed was the most comfortable in 4 weeks travelling around Japan. The facilities: from the Dyson hair-dryer and coffee machine in the room, to the amazing food and drinks facilities in reception. The location was the best too. Love this hotel!

Nothing Loved it all.

The check in process was so smooth and easy! Much easier than when in the states. The staff were wonderful. Spoke great English. Hotel was very quiet, very clean. I liked being a "premier" guest, so I got a wine card that enabled me to get two glasses of wine per night; and I had access to a special floor that had drinks/snacks. They have a small area next to the check in desk with drinks and light snacks which was nice also. I had a great view of the city, location was in a great area, right across from the train station which was convenient so I didn't have to lug my suitcases around. Linens were super cozy and so was the mattress. TV has Netflix capabilities, and even though I was in Japan, I was able to log into my US Netflix account :)

The fridge in the room never got "cold" it's more of a chiller. So you definitely couldn't keep perishable's in it, and, the drain plug for the bath tub wouldn't stay plugged. I never notified maintenance of the drain plug as I still had a shower, so I wasn't too worried. : )

Great location, just at beginning of main entry road to Ginza. Biggest room ever during our Tokyo trip compare with the other 4 star hotels. Free snake, comfortable bed, free beer, saki, red wine. And price is good too, highly recommended

There is no breakfast at restaurant, the breakfast is served in the room only, no choices everyday they serve different breakfast type. Location was excellent. Rooms were little small, no space for our luggage and no cabinets. The bathroom and shower was very comfortable. Beds are comfortable. Overall stay was very good but don’t expect full facilities. Convenient for short stay and for those who don’t care about breakfast/ lobby.

The location is perfect, right beside a convenience store and donki. Can walk to shimbashi and Ginza metro stations. I like the lounge at the lobby and the fact that that they halal cookies/pastries. Smell of the hotel is lovely too!

No proper iron and ironing board. They only have a steamer. No washing machine at the hotel or nearby. It’s as 13mins walk to the nearest laundromat. Wish the rooms were cleaned every two day instead of cleaning it upon request.
